Got told that today from my mortgage company. If you don't ask you don't get. I didn't "get" thoughToffee_Penny wrote: »Right it looks as if Mr Postie's bag will be a bit heavier this week with my letters being sent to the creditors for ppi mis-selling:rotfl:
I'll have a look at the templates and will let you know how I get on (doubt they'll all rush to send the cheques out in their first reply but it's worth a try)
As they say 'you don't ask you don't get'
take care xxx
. ALways worth trying anything as all these were purely sold for the profits of the banks and only approx 20% of PPI polices actually do pay out so i read. 0 -

I agee with you hun.;)
Did you say your mortgage is with Intelligent Finance ?
I did have a loan with these once, it was about 2003, only a small loan, they did provide the insurance but not with the loan, it was with pinnacle and it was only a few quid a month, funny that I did not pick up on that when we had loans afterwards that the insurance did not have to come directly from the loan supplier......:rolleyes:The one and only "Dizzy Di"

Erm just wanted to add that the ppi has always been added to the cards on every statement although I have only kept the statements from about 2005/6.
Thing is we have always been decent payers until change of financial circumstances so do not need to claim back fees like late payments etc.
So shall I just send a letter to claim mis-selling or request statement? He has I think 5 or 6 credit cards so £10 a time would work out quite exspensive in all one go.
See I told you I get baffled by jargon
