What about ppi on credit cards? Would it be the same for them if he was self employed? I really don't want to rock the boat but looking back at statements on some he was paying £80+ a month for payment protection
Why o why did we pay it for? I am so angry at the fact they charged us that per month and the fact we continued to pay it! If only we had our LBM sooner eh? (just how many people have said that on this site?:D )
Feel in two minds what to do as we have just started out on this DMP journey and if it wasn't for this site then god knows what we would have done! You all deserve real medals not just the silly cartoon ones next to your name. I really thank you all, you will probably always remain faceless to me but you really do help people like me who get baffled with all the creditor and debt jargon (sorry going all soppy now daft cow!! :rotfl: ) but just wanted to say thanks, thanks for helping and thanks for not judging

You do have to remember that its the date they were first applied and if they go back further than 6 years then the limitations act can be applied. This can be got around though so I am told.0 -
They wouldn't send it us for free Di we did try !!
Aww that is so damn annoying !!!
Well okay then hun, just get the complaint letter sent to them and the rest can come later.
I'm sure they just know what us lot get up to now, and I do think I was one of the first complainants Nemo ever had and just sent the disc out no problem then, so hun not to worry you have one heck of a good case anyway, good luck, keep us posted and we will take it to the next step when we get there.;)

Right it looks as if Mr Postie's bag will be a bit heavier this week with my letters being sent to the creditors for ppi mis-selling:rotfl:
I'll have a look at the templates and will let you know how I get on (doubt they'll all rush to send the cheques out in their first reply but it's worth a try)
As they say 'you don't ask you don't get'
take care xxxDMP support thread member 211 :cool:I'm only here to get some medals......honest!0 -
