    Yay, I got a number! :T

Well, pretty much managed to do last week's change. Decided the night before what I was going to wear for work, though didn't always get round to ironing everything. Still, it made it easier to get out the door in the morning.

This week I'm going to carry on with last week's challenge and add a new one. So this week my goals are:
    1. Get clothes ready for work the night before (including ironing them!)
    2. Take own lunch to work instead of buying expensive rubbish from the canteen.
Good luck to everyone this week!

Last weeks challenge went fairly well. I managed to eat 3 meals a day for almost all the week, which is a big improvement. Will def be an ongoing challenge though!

This week I want to tackle the junk in my wardrobe and get rid of some at the charity shop.

Oooh can I join :) I really need this thread as it will keep me going with my other posts.., if that makes sense..lol

Ok my challenge(s) for this week are:
    • Cooked meals every night - not resorting to takeaways
    • Make bed every day
    • Post to "Flylady" thread as and when necessary, and also to my "Flylady" emails group, and the "Good Enough" group as and when necessary - do not disappear like I have been doing. But I must post at the minimum once a day. :D
    • Shower/dressed as soon as I wake up - DO NOT come downstairs and switch pc on until I am dressed.. This is a major biggie for me..
    • Alternate days of 30 minute ironing
This should keep me going for this week..

OK, the good news first. I made my packed lunch today: homemade malty bread with healthy tuna/sweetcorn mayo. And I managed to do half an hour's housekeeping before I left for work. And I even remembered to take my packed lunch with me when I left for work (major miracle :D )

Now for the bad news. My sandwich was so yummy and I was so hungry that I've just eaten it. Already. And yes, I know it's only 11.21am. Why didn't anyone warn me about this?! At least when I had to go out and buy my lunch it wasn't sitting there tempting me all morning.......now I'll have to go out and get something at lunchtime anyway as I'm still starving. Ugh.

  • Hi everyone!! My challenge is the ongoing "try a different dinner every week" one - am going to have a go at making my first lasagne this week (or watching OH do it and making "helpful" suggestions, grating some cheese and taking the credit, haha)
I will also try the "getting clothes ready for next day"!

  • Can I be a MACAW too?

My challenge is to walk for at least 20 mins a day - if it's too wet outside, then i'll walk up and down the hall/kitchen/extension. I want to try and get down to 10st0 by my wedding on 23 August.
    I'd rather be watching CSI!

How's the water drinking going Scatty?
Welcome mum2one, LG, Carole, Natty, rlm, nimbo, slinky and anyone who I've missed - it isn't intentional

    My changes this week are:
    • Keep up with inbox and computer desk from the last two weeks
    • Do a load of washing each night for this weeks change.
Inbox has a couple of things in it which will be dealt to tonight; computer desk is clear of mess.

I did two loads of washing last night - both are on the airer inside because it's threatening to rain today. Just that simple thing of doing it last night made this morning so much easier.
