Hello all,
Well, I posted on this thread, and then didn't do anything about keeping my challenge!
So, I am starting again (story of my life).
I will make my lunch BEFORE I go to bed. As it's Thursday, I'll do it next week too.
And hopefully will come back for a second change....

my changes have not been going so well...
this weeks challange is to tidy up my front room each evening before i go to bed...
it would be great to get home from work and have no piles of ironing stacked up, and a tidy throw on the sofa!!!!

Mellika, hope you are beginning to feel better. I agree that we're all far too stretched these days, and feeling guilty because we feel we should be achieving more and more all the time. I'm not sure I can make a change that lasts in just a week any more! Last month I did (almost every day) make myself do a long walk before school with the dogs, and definitely felt better about it. However, on the few days I didn't I was determined not to beat myself up about it. This month I've begun well, continuing with the walk - but this w/e I am just bone-tired and haven't managed it. Never mind, tomorrow I'll hope to get going again!
I'm trying to make myself do just 15 minutes of sorting stuff in my spare bedroom (aka "the place for everything with no home") - but again, if I don't, well I'm doing loads of other things at present so I won't let myself feel a failure! Good luck to anyone who's still trying to make small changes - I'm sure it's the best approach really.Resolution:

But new week starts tomorrow.
Tues - got daughters school trip to a farm, those parents that aregoing have been allocated another child to look after......me on 2 crutches.trying to run after 2 children........ could be fun
