I just read my post back and it sounds kind of smug - it really wasn't meant to.

I've done my walk at least 20 mins a day....and then some - I've walked 7 miles today

Next weeks challenge - keep up with the walking plus drink 2 litres water a day.
    I'd rather be watching CSI!

Hi back again, have been bad and not been on this thread recently.

Did ok with my first challenge - doing clicks and surverys as they arrive - typically had virtually no surveys this week.

My new challenge starting from Monday is to do the wii fit everyday. That is my priority challenge but have another one inspired by you lot on here and that is to eat breakfast daily, even if it is only a banana.

Hope you all do well and keep motivated.

My challenge this week was to make my lunch the previous night, so as I've finished my working week I can report that I passed! :T I struggled a couple of nights, but got my motivation from this thread to just get on with it.

Emptypurse - how did you get on with the rest of the week? I always take a banana and an apple to work - banana for morning snack to keep me going until lunch time, apple for afternoon to stop me from raiding the crisp/chocolate machine (that is only just working at the moment!). I'm starving by 11.00 at the latest so would struggle to manage until lunch time without it.

Some great achievements here! It really does make life easier and usually takes so little time just to get these little things done.

I've got another busy week, but will keep the challenges I've already had going:
    • Keep up with inbox and computer desk;
    • Do a load of washing each night.
Will add to it this week:
    • Get kids and OH to help with one housework type job each evening
That last one might just be the most difficult!

Right - off to put a load of towels through the wash and that's my load for tonight :)

Had to workk crazy hours last week so didn't do too well. This week the challenge is to always wash and put away the dishes straight after they have been used.

I'm away for most of this week, so my challenge has to take into account the fact that I'm not at work or home. So, my challenge is to sort out my bag which is a dumping ground for receipts and other paper rubbish, then keep on top of it on a daily basis.

Good luck to you all for the week ahead. XX
