Hi everyone
Is it too late to join? Hopefully not!!!!!
I would like to start by getting back into the habit of eating 3 proper meals a day, not skipping breakfast until 11.30am, being too full for lunch and therefore getting hungry and snacking before and after dinner! Not good for health or budget!0 -
Can I join in to? - and I'd like a number please.
I'll start with drinking a litre of water a day - well actually it tends to be fairly weak orange squash - but that's okay!

Please can I join in too? I need to tidy the pots & pans away in the kitchen before I go to bed - have begun to leave them 'til the morning and that's not good! And can I have a number, please? I do like the idea of making just one change at a time - might even be able to stick to just one thing.Resolution:

This week I am aiming at..
1 glass of water a day..
I LOATHE water.. and I drink tea (like gnat pee but with 2 sugars and a gallon of milk!).. or .. vodka and lemmonade.. sometimes I have smirnoff ice..
Starting tomorrow.. 1 glass of water.. and the sooner I drink it in the day the less time I have to think about it and psyche myself up for it.. in theory.. yes?...LB moment 10/06 Debt Free date 6/6/14Hope to be debt free until the day I dieMortgage-free Wannabee (05/08/30)6/6/14 £72,454.65 (5.65% int.)08/12/2023 £33602.00 (4.81% int.)0 -
I have failed misserably.
Before I get stoned alive, let me explain that I am having a flare-up, am constantly in pain and fatigued, and can't sleep at night. So when I finally get to sleep, I just go for it!
So I have failed completely. And realistically, I won't be able to do it this week. Maybe when I feel better.
So I have to replace that change for another one. *Goes off to have a think*
Mellika - you haven't failed. You know what your body will let you do. Listen to it and don't feel bad! ((Hugs))
