If I remember rightly I think I said I'd do one of my many 'projects' and deal with the mail every day as it arrived -file it away mostly.

Well, almost finished this weeks project (think I''ve still a day left of my week) and have dealt with the mail daily.........some has had to go back in the letter rack though as I'm waiting for replies to it.

So...........I think I've done well (for me anyway)

    Next week:

Clear out wardrobe and hang things back in there or put them in wash basket every night -not just sling them over the top of the blanket box.

Clear and scrub pine table in the kitchen (become a right 'hot spot') and keep it clear of 'stuff'

Not sure how that second one will work out:confused:

Well done everyone who has achieved their challenge this week. :T

If you haven't, don't beat yourself up just have another go for next week.

I'm feeling pleased with myself because I kept to last week's challenge of having alcohol free days; I had 3 this week & I also went to the gym 3 times. I may go again tomorrow so I could even do 4 visits this week.

My challenge for next week is to do at least 4 rows of knitting every evening. I've recently started knitting again after a break of about 20 years! I found some wool I bought to knit a sweater for our daughter when she was about 7 - she's 25 now. :o

I'm turning it into a lap blanket so that in the winter I'll be able to stay cosy without my husband having to sit there in t shirt & shorts. Hopefully the heating bill will go down & I'll be using something I already have to make something useful. Good for the planet AND our budget.

    Welcome aboard, Pipkin :)

Just pick one area. Don't focus on them all at once!

I started with my inbox. Small steps are what is required. You will get there :)

Ok I guess a new week should start today...mostly managed a tidy kitchen, but a couple of not so good evenings! So that is still something to reinforce. I do have a new challenge for this week tho' - just 5 minutes each day working to clear the junk from the spare room. It's been a tip for several months so is definitely overdue for a sort out. Trouble is I look at the mess and think "I've no time today". Five minutes I might just manage! Good luck to everyone else, by the way.
