    morning

PP - thinking about you sweetie x

Martyn - great to see you are sounding upbeat :D

    N9eav - have fun sailing

redruby - yes we still have the heating to come on in the evenings for an hour as its still very chilly!!!

well had a busy morning already - had to nip to homebase for some plasterboard screws and rawl plugs, and bought a new hammer. The girl on the till wanted ID!!!! It was very funny watching her face as she counted up the years and realised how old I am!!!! It was flattering though :D

Have my mum, granny and youngest sister visiting this afternoon bringing my new curtains and cusions (yeah!) and I'm cooking thema yummy lunch. Got a nice looking recipe in GF this month for Raspberry Cinnamon streusel tart (looks a bit like a cross between a traybake and a crumble) so off to test that recipe out.

exam yesterday was a stinker - hopefully I'll have done well enough to pass - was totoally shattered by bedtime. Next on tomorrow, but quitely confident on this subject, so fingers crossed. Nearly there now - phew!

PP fingers crossed for the brain scan. <hugs>

:rotfl: ....if it was a brain scan, I dont think they would have much luck in finding one:D ....its my ovaries & womb.

Hospital have called and aske me to go in a bit later at 3pm, so OH has offered to take DD & I out to lunch....probably a local greasy spoon, but who cares.

Thank you for all the lovely wishes. Its just the not knowing that is awful. We know its not going to be good news, but wont know the full picture till these scan results come back.

Been keeping myself busy this morning. Have nephew here ATM playing on the Xbox..nice coz we dont see him often...he's the one with problems at home that we are hoping to eventually have here with us.

    Thanks again guys!

    Hello all !

I've come to the conclusion that builders are like buses...........can't get one for love nor money then two show up within a few days of each other to give quotes for my roof repairs !! Least I'll be able to get the quotes off to the insurers at the weekend now.
Waiting for someone from freecycle to collect the last of Dads music........she said she'd be here at 11am !! I'm starting to wonder if she'll show. I'll be disappointed if she doesn't - three more people were after it ! So, we'll see.
Ex foster lad coming up this afternoon to do a bit of work in the garden for us.........just hope he gets here before it starts to rain............black clouds not looking very promising.

Have a great day ad hugs (((((((((((:o )))))))))))) to all who need them
    Mary

I'm creative -you can't expect me to be neat too !
