    Well. Oh dear

Another day of reading posts but unable to post.

Sorry to hear about poorly folk with temps, children etc etc. Lovely so see we have new posters. Welcome to new posters, honest we are a friendly bunch.

Special mention to those of you involved in the squares. Well, what an achievement not just for Smoky but for everyone else and all the projects in the future. Thanks to all who have given up their time in whatever way. You are stars.

Special mention to Smoky and family, Martyn and PenPin.

Well Aussie, DH applied for his visa to Aussieland and was declined - he shares a name with a deported criminal. Well, he had to come along to work, we had to scan in his passport and then e-mail off with jpeg. He is OK, honest but he can't help sharing name with a deported murdering Scot with the same name! He is (mostly) totally honest and upstanding unless he has had a drink or 5!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Even then he is a gentle giant!

Take care everyone, and love and hugs to all.

    Evening All

Have not posted earlier as have had a very unOS day, loaded DW and its still in there. Sat and read a book then did crochet for the rest of the day, was making a pram blanket to add to pile of stuff I have for my grandchild-to-be. Have finished it now and my wrist that I broke last year is screaming at me:eek:

OH was not home last night or tonight so thats two meals in the freezer! He's a waggon driver and his last job he went out Monday morning and came back Friday night, knew where I was then. This one I never know, sometimes don't even know till 7o/c in the evening :(

LilmissKK - love your bump - but it doesn't make me want another baby :rotfl:

Redruby - I know where you are coming from re the delegating I was temping once when a girl asked me to to ring reception and book her a cab, reception asked if it was on account or private, so had to ask her, reception asked for her name, needed her surname which I didn't know so asked her, reception then asked if she had a preference for which cab company.....she could have rung herself and saved 10 mins! I just got on with it and thought oh well it obviously makes her happy to feel she has some power...blesssssssss

As for tomorrow, please feel free to shout at me if you see I am online in the morning as I really need to clean the place up. Am going to have my haircut in the afternoon, it really really needs it, not been cut since just after xmas and is in that lovely state of no style, split ends and just generally a mess :rotfl:
((hugs)) for all those who need one
