Why repeat things over and over for people who can't read the last couple of pages to find out what's going on first? Wasn't Grumpy one of the seven dwarfs?

I know - but paulabest2003 (2 posts) didn't want anything repeated - just posted a warning.

Then Mr Grumpy (1100 posts) comes home from work, finds no chequebacks again, and takes it out on her!!

OK - I am now in shock. Just got back from a 4 weeks away, hoping cash 3 Phonebox Direct cheques upon my return.

Then I see this thread!!!

Can I ask a couple of quick questions?

I have 1 contract with 3 Network & 2 Vodafone Contracts (all 12 months) - and I am 6-8 months into these contracts.

No cashbacks were paid - I got pathetic letters saying I was late etc (which of course I wasnt as I have sent hundreds of claims in on time over the last 3-4 years)

1) Can I CANCEL my contracts with 3 & Vodafone - I am currently paying £35/Month for each (i.e £105/Month!!!)

This is money we simply cannot afford as my personal & financial circumstances have changed (for the worse) in the last 3 months

It seems you cant cancel them, but VOD at least are taking a sympathetic approach - some have ahd their rental reduced to £17.50/£17.99/£5 (!!!) - call 191 from your VOD phone to register your desire due to PBD entering administration.

There are just so many useless posts of people complaining, it clutters the useful information. I call vodafone to get some info, although so reductions, i spoke to 2 people.

One from connections - Said a team will be operating from Jan 3rd (sent best wishes)

One from disconnections - This lady explained a few things & registered someone to contact me within 72 hours.

Hopefully we will all get a reduced price plan that we can afford as its just not right to remain paying full price, we agreed to terms, although they appeared to be making changes, they dug a pretty deep hole for themselves.

I guess offers too good to be true usually are, their offers were amazing (which i think was the main problem)
