    Hopefullyuseful1,

Are you helping out victims of the phonebox direct closure?

ie Phonebox customers who are left stuck with contracts with voda without the possibility of getting their cashback?

Melhas, who you have suggested you will help get his contract "corrected" really wants it making null and void!

Stop clutching at straws - that's all a load of codswallop.

You really aren't helping anyone now, I'm sure your intentions to tell people they are stupid was funny at 1st but now is just getting on peoples nerves, please stop being offensive & get back to your own miserable world!

it was a SCAM and illegal because in the last few months when they knew they were going to fail they continued to sell contracts - the evidence is there. You cannot enter into an agreement when it is clear that one party has no intension of honouring their side.

People who signed a contract from August onwards have a moral right, at least, to have their contracts cancelled. I also believe that the networks were negligent during this time.

as for PBD I beleive they have been dishonest for a long time. 1 simple example - there "about us" web page boasted they had 100 employees. The report that stated they went into liquidation stated 45 made redundant!!?? PBD stated its customer service staff had an average four years service with PBD - Impossible! they've only been running for just four years. lies.....
  • Not quite atcually. Anyone reading that carefully would note it didn't actually say they employed the sales team themselves - and were "trading partners of" Dextra. It was always pretty clear they were a very small outfit, as anyone studying these threads would have known. Misleading, yes - but not actually a lie, whatever you may thing of them. It wasn't just PBD either; st least two of their other sites had the same blurb.

All this talk is !!!!!!!!!! No one will get any money back and the conmen will of course be the winners, that's british justice for you!!!

If, however anyone knows an address or addresses (either work or home) for the main bods involved in this scam then please feel free to post these details. Then only only then can the necessary and appropriate justice be dished out to these people.:T

Is there a team at Vodafone for all the poor people who didn't take up a Cashback deal and have always paid full price for thier line rental.

Ie : all the people that purchased from one of your shops.

Surely they should also get half price line rental.
  • I sent an e-mail to customer services asking, that due to the cash back deals from CNM disappearing could they either reduce my tariff (flex35) or go PAYG. I got a call back 2 days later and they could not have been more helpful. The lady I spoke to has put me on to flex 20 for the remainder of my contract (even though this is only available on 18 month contacts) then she told me that t-mobile were also giving a £5 discount for the remainder of the contract as a good will gesture. This has now reduced my bill for the last 5 months of my contract from £35 to £15. I feel that this is a result as they did not have to do anything.

    Well done T-mobile!!!

  • t-mobile has given me a £5 discount on each of my lines as a gesture of good will. lol. so im saving a whopping £10 per month.whoopee i feel like a valued customer after all my years of loyalty. will keep that in mind when my original contract comes up for renewal in january. and taking my mum with me.
  • It's really annoying when some networks help more than others. Whilst something's always better than nothing it has at least differentiated the best from the worst.
  • WARNING... My boyfriend sent his voucher as per instructions to claim back his money. Sent it recorded delivery last week. This morning post office sent it back 'addressee gone away'. I'm waiting for a reply to a letter I sent them two weeks ago and as yet no reply. And if you look at their web site it's shut down! Hope this helps
