Hi foxxylady57.
Princesa Yaiza is absolutely the best... and is in a terrific location just behind Playa Dorada. Not sure what they'd have for your daughter in the hotel... but the beach is lovely.
Rubicon Palace may have a bit more for her to do.... but is quite a walk from town (although a taxi is only about €4... and there's a bus stop right outside).
Iberostar Papagayo is great - we stayed there a while back. Again, it's a distance from town... but you could get to the Marina in about 15 minutes strolling.
The Hesperia is nextdoor to the Princesa Yaiza... so a great location.
Maybe have a look at Lanzasur too. It's not on the seafront, although it's pretty close... but it does have a waterpark which may keep her happy?
You may also want to look at the Apartamentos Rubimar. It's not a posh hotel, but the apartments are well equipped, and it is right on the Marina, rather than on the seafront... so great for exploring. The Volcan is next to that and gets great reviews.
Sorry - I've probably confused the issue by dropping more alternatives in. If money was no object, I'd go to the Princesa Yaiza... but I think the Hesperia comes a decent second for location... and proximity to CC Papagayo, a little commercial centre.

Hello DCFC79. If nightlife is your thing... then you would be better spending your time in Puerto del Carmen rather than Playa Blanca. Although we rarely fail to find a party in PB... there is a lot more choice in Carmen.
Have fun!

Hi Sarahdol75.
Have fun in Playa Blanca. You'll enjoy it... and it's a little less breezy than Costa Teg.
Currently there has been a bit of cloud, although it's burnging off during the day. Lovely and warm though!
