You are very welcome Nottslass! Am pleased that you enjoyed your holiday here! If today is your last whole day... and you're flying into EMA tomorrow - keep an eye out for my fella. He's heading to EMA too!

Please don't take the sunshine away with you though! xxxxx

Unfortunately we are flying to liverpool airport - flighs were alot cheaper.lol

Ouch! He'll be a tired bunny tomorrow then!
Yes - it pays to mix and match your flights sometimes. Alan's flying into EMA... but flying back here again from Liverpool next week. Then next month it's my turn as I fly into Bournemouth but out of Gatwick (dearer than just B'mouth return... but suits my itinerary better).
    Travel safely hon!

    Hello lovey!
I'm afraid that yes we do get the mozzies here... but a couple of things may help (there are not swarms of them here anyway). Steer away from perfume during the evenings... as the blighters love it! Try Avon Skin So Soft - they hate it!. Keep the doors and windows to your accommodation closed at dawn and dusk. Your holiday is only 3 weeks away - so in theory it will still be too hot and dry for the little beggars anyway.

No problem with family fun. Try Wax Bar in CC Papagayo (behind Playa Dorada). It's very family friendly. Also try Legends Bar in Punta Limones (my 18 year old stepson loves it there... apparently it's where the cool kids of that age love). The Irish bars also have evening entertainment too.

Officially by law then no, your 17 year old can't drink... as the age limit is 18. However... many places are flexible on it. I won't name which places these are... as I wouldn't wish to put their licenses at risk... but if you really want your lad to have a pint - then you shouldn't find a problem. We didn't, when nipper was still underage.

123transfers.net and t4you.eu are both the same company hon. But the difference in price is because one is in euros, and one is in GBP. Hope that makes sense. Remember that if you are booking a private transfer as opposed to a shared shuttle - then mention my name, or my website (Canary Nightlife) and Karsten will give you a discount. I am sure it's 10%, but do check with him. And there are absolutely no issues with reliability! Top notch service. And if you are the unlucky first person to ever get let down (which you shouldn't be) then let me know... and I'll kneecap him for you next time I see him :rotfl:

    Have a great time!

Hi again, Just to confirm that if you book a taxi with t4you and mention your name with canary Nightlife then you do get 10% discount. We were quoted 45 euros one way from airport to Faro Park with discount. Thought I would confirm this with you just incase anyone else asks.

Hey there Tracey love! Fancy bumping into you here. Glad you're finding the link useful... although I know we've been chatting on Facebook and my forum too.

I'd love to raise a glass with you hon! It will probably need to be at the latter half of your hols - but we can sort something out for sure... even if it's just a quick vino at the Marina or something.

And yes - t4you will give the discount on private transfers (not shared shuttle) if you haven't already booked.

:wave:Hi Hope you dont mind me jumping in.

Im on my way this Saturday, staying at the coronas playa (2nd time we loved it so much) and for the first time I have booked everything direct instead of a package deal. I only remembered today that I had forgot to book transfers, so emailed details to 123transfers.

I emailed them this morning but havent had a reply yet. I know im probably panicking for no reason, but how long should I give them before I email again. Have I left it too late to arrange ??:(

Ha ha ha. All sorted then! Karsten was probably out driving, and then caught up with the confirmations when he got home. He likes to do them personally so that nobody gets forgotten.

Have a great time! I know the Coronas Playa as I used to pop in to see Yola in the spa inside there. You can also often find me loitering and nattering in the newsagent outside to Delna & Simon... or in Atlantic Sunshine Locations a bit further along chatting to Mark.

    Nice hotel!

    Hi again
Waiting for friends to give me their flight number then will be booking them the taxi.
I will PM you my mobile either facebook or CN.com, when you are free give me a shout and we can have that drink . Text would be better cus I dont always answer phone when on hols if I dont recognise number. fell into that trap before and cost me a fortune, lol.

Cool cool. Well... I don't text UK mobiles back because I receive so many lol. We'll sort something via PM on Facebook or the forum nearer the time honey. You're staying up Faro Park way aren't you? I'll probably be up there at the end of the month anyway, to see Julie and John at the Snug about some work stuff. xxx
