evening all

On very late today!

Went to work. got home, cleaned the kitchen. Just need to sweep & mop the floor.

Have changed kids beds. Washed DS bedding & that dried. Will wash DD bedding & put that out tomorrow.

Need to put the kids to bed now.

You have dealt with a lot in a short space of time- physically, mentally and emotionally and it has taken its toll.

martyn-hope you are ok this evening.i read your post.you have nothing to be sorry about.At least youve found out and that something can be done about it.The tablets may give you at least a good nights sleep.As for not being around much,it doesnt matter-just say hello when you want-at least we know your ok.

Finally quiet in the house this evening.Kids seem to be excited about something the way thay have been bouncing around-not sure at what though[thats the strange thing!!!] so theyve finally gone to sleep.Had a good day at moms today,she liked her presents[i was upset though] as i couldnt get her favourite flowers [freesias] when i went on the market.And ive been buying her those since i can remember.Never mind i can always get some for her another time.

so im off to make a cup of tea.yay!!!!

oh Martyn, you are really going through it at the moment, you have taken a major first step by going to see your DR, have a nice early night with one of your sleeping pills, I swear by cocoa, it helps you nod off. Don' t worry about not posting much, just let us know you are ok.

There are some excellent people round here to help and support you. Like twink said, plenty of us have been there, worn the t-shirt and have come out the other side. Some of us are still wearing the t-shirt. Take care. x

I have settled on roasted veg pasta dish - with lots of cheese of course Although DH is at rugby training tonight so won't be eating till about 8pmish.

Can't believe i missed the Apprentice last night. We watch it religiously every series (DH likes to shout at the screen too ) must try and catch up with it.
