Mudbath, if it looks wonky get the hospital to check it....please :) or at least phone them and ask. Well done that shop keeper :D I offered to jam a womans hand in a door last week after she did it to a child :o lost my temper a tad.

Wohooo the team DPs old boss was running won, I've never yelled so much at the tele in ages.

Possibly getting my Mam her money back from the garage who IMO have well and truly ripped her off, saying they couldn't fix something as it was weeks out of it's 12 month warranty. Bah! Not letting them get away with that. Anyway after a few calls to main dealers, manufacturers etc supposedly we need to take the receipts to them and they are '90% sure' she'll be entitled to a refund. DP or me going with her this time, not having the garage try it on any more.

Right, erm, bit early to bath the boys I think, DS2 moaning constantly but that's because he's tired, he might learn to chuffing stay in bed instead of getting up at 4am. Ohhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh bother, I've forgot to put his bed pads in the drier...........zooms off to get it done!
One day I might be more organised...........

Mudbath - Hope you haven't done any further damage. Some people can be so inconsiderate, hope he apologised afterwards.

Quick clean up while they have vanished to the room (by now it will be a room of doom).

Sounds like the twins room. I'm sure their room suffers from localised tornadoes

    aaaargh!

Sorry just needed to scream. Recorded Neighbours while cooking tea, just sat down to watch it but can't. The disc is now ruined, picture and sound keep breaking up. Technology is carp. We have 2 Panasonic DVD Recorders, both betweeen 1&2 yrs old. Can't get a decent recording with either. The first one keeps switching itself off and resetting, the second seems to be ruining the discs. We paid for a good make thinking they would last longer and work better. Where did I get that idea from? Don't really want to fork out for a new one at the moment but we record a lot for the kids etc. Enquired about renting £4.50 per week, all new Panasonics have digital tuners - which we can't get.

    Sorry, Rant over!!!

Ah, thought they might Mudbath. I remember when my friend's Mam caught the one in her leg she had to go in (pioneering urgery the first one they'd ever broken in 2 places to straighten and increase length) anyway, hers was fine but they asked her to go in to get it checked. Better safe than sorry! **Squishy hugs** take the book with you incase you have to wait.

SAV3R I've given up getting expensive stuff when it comes to DVD players etc as they all seem to only last a limited amount of time. Our cheapy Hyundai tele everyone said would last a couple of months is several years old now **touches wood** I do love the Sky+ but wold be better if I could work it properly, always getting failed messages :o I'm clueless and just bash buttons hoping for the best.

Arms getting a wee bit sore now, local definately worn off or wearing off, suppose a little ouchy now is better than a dead leg for a week or so, I always bruise badly and my arm is now lots of pretty colours :rotfl:

My two are like a hurricane, the oldest is loud and talks a lot, the youngest follows in his wake silently destroying everything in his path.

You awake in the morning to a very loud one way conversation wiuth DS1 who expects you to answer straight away and DS2 just pulling things out of drawers.

That or the single Child Staring At You...

    I don't know what's worse.

Oh one morning I woke with the biggest fright of my life. Something Was On My Nose!!! It was DS1 standing over me with a feather tickling my nose.

SAV3R, thought about one of those free-view boxes that let you record? Like sky+ without the sky??
