Well, was a great idea that we all went to the pub for a meal when we were all home again. Really gave us a chance to catch up with news, as we hadn't seen each other all week. As it's his usual watering hole, dh rang his buddy and now buddy is there having a drink with him. Rest of us were happy to come home, as we've all been away.
I haven't caught up with everyone's news yet, but I probably will over the next few days.
I need to get my a*$e into gear and sort out a meal plan! Otherwise there will be trouble ahead, also must sort out shopping budget purse. Must sort my expenses for working away last week, otherwise that will get left as well. A jobs list I think.
trouble is I haven't had the computer for a week, so have catching up to do, not been in the house for over a week, so got catching up to do, no food sorted at all, so catching up to do..... then I bought some fab wool in York and would love to sit and knit, haven't knitted for years![SIZE=-1]"Knowledge is knowing that a tomato is a fruit. well I am just doing a final surf before I shut down the laptop. have done a lot of reading and post-it-ing of notes, drawn up a sort of plan for my essay and written the first 350 words (introduction) of 4500. Always find the first bit the longest and hardest...but hopefully now I have a plan it will all flow...prays hard!!! I keep asking myself why am I doing this! and reassuring myself a pass will do, but you know how it is...roll on 7th april. must finish other essay tomorrow and get it posted, its due in 2/4. last year I said I would never ever ever do two courses at once...I have a poor memory.
hope everyone has had a good day.

            Hi CM,
I am in bits, so much so it physically hurts. I have to be mum during the day and just keep a lid on it as much as I can but find I think it's probably one of the hardest things I have done, I don't want the kids to hurt any more than they are doing, particularly the eldest and he is suffering - but doing a lot of it on his own at the mo. He has taken off the wall a photo of me and his dad and I find him red eyed and cuddling it at night. When I make his bed in the morning I am just popping it back under his pillow. He has never been one for cuddles and love - not like the other 2 -but I suppose we will muddle through together. He knows I am here for him.
I still can't believe he isn't here. I don't know how we are all going to cope at the mo. I am scared for the future. If the kids weren't here I would probably loose the plot altogether, I feel I just want to die myself. I know it's silly but I can't get to grips with it at all. I just wish I could turn back the clock but the op was necessary, he wouldn't have had much longer without it anyway.
Anyway just got to cope and get on with it for their sakes. He would not have wanted it any other way.
