    Hello Everyone

Not posted on here for ages - been reading when I can though. Hope everyone is well and happy - glad to see catowen posting again ....:hello: "Hello Catherine"

Been busy lately with stitching and reading (oh yes, and I've done a bit of housework too! :rotfl:) Am really pleased that despite some alarming price hikes I've managed not to go over my housekeeping budget recently but petrol is another story - it's not easy when you live in a rural area and have minimal public transport. Am very lucky that the small town I live in has some excellent shops, because the closest big town is 11 miles away and the bus fare is now £5.25 return ticket - that's when it turns up...and you take a chance on it being clean or water tight

Right - off to see if I can manage to order a couple of DVD's from Amazon that DD2 has saved up for without giving in to the temptation to buy another book for moi, because I have upwards of 3000 books now. I may soon have to ask DH politely if he would mind moving into the garage or shed :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
