I signed up for JDS via their website on Sat 15 Oct. Got first acknowledgement e-mail on Sun 16th. Received confirmation of my application, including service start date on Mon 17th and lastly confimation from them of my Direct Debit instruction yesterday.
So all looking pretty good and efficient so far.

Looking at Primus Saver Option 2 page here you no longer have to sign-up via USwitch anymore and can do via freephone (from landlines anyhow) number 0800 036 0094.0 -

I signed up with them about three weeks back now. After an initial automated response saying my application was successful I have not heard anything. I've emailed them twice now with no response. I'm tempted to re-apply if I don't here anything soon. I have free weekend calls with telco/one-tel so not losing out too much....0

I used Justdial just over a year ago, then switched to One.Tel. I tried to reactivate CPS with Justdial over a week ago. Heard nothing. I have emailed them twice and also used the contact form on the website. Still waiting to hear from them. Looks like the lights are on, but no one's home.0
