When Buyers have been proven not to have paid - I won the Unpaid Item Dispute the negatives from them for the Seller should be removed.

I agree. I reckon it should be that if a buyer doesn't pay they shouldn't be able to leave feedback at all.

I don't believe this - ebay have removed the negative that I gave to the Buyer!!

Have sent ebay this -

I left negative feedback for this item as it has not been paid for - why has it been removed? The Buyer did not pay. I won the Unpaid Item Dispute. Kindly put the negative back or remove the one that the NPB left for me. This is ridiculous - she has not paid for the item and it is now 18 days since the close of the auction. Why are you supporting NPB's?

Well the buyers feedback above mentions police shouldn't they be removing that too.

I had a really loopy buyer recently over a maternity skirt. I got horrid emails and phonecalls, its not nice at all. I don't know about TSFE but maybe TMFE (mad instead of stupid).

So - after I bombarded them with complaints they removed it last night!

However she has reported me to the police for fraud - as soon as the police heard the full story - that the p/o had never been received there was no problem at all.

No I didn't. My negative for her simply said -non paying buyer given a NPB strike by ebay

That feedback is still on my account. I got ebay to remove the last one that the NPB left for me
