As soon as they bring God into an argument to prove their point I consider them slightly deranged..it sounds like you are well rid of this buyer. I am still very unhappy though at the way ebay are treating this matter..hopefully someone else can suggest where to go with this.

The Buyer has opened an Item Not Received Dispute

Received these two emails this morning -

Just to update you. I have spoken to Ebay and their advice is to pursue my money from the small claims, good advice!!!! Your pathetic threats are like water off a ducks back to me. If you find the TRUTH abusive then obviously you make a habit of stealing from the disabled! You are an utter disgrace to all honest Ebayers, which YOU are DEFINITELY NOT!!!! THIEF!!!!!

I wondered if she would play the disabled card..this type of ebay user always resorts to the 'sick child' or 'I am disabled' ploy to somehow feel justified in their threats.

The buyer must know she is psychotic hence the need to justify her behaviour in some way to herself. I would certainly now be sending this whole lot into ebay complete with headers, twice if necessary and demand they do something.

A long while ago I attracted a stalker, was very unpleasant but no where near as bad as this. I reported the lot to ebay and then I played the 'lone female' card..I explained that I was becoming increasingly concerned for my safety and was sure that ebay could do something to stop this person harrassing me. I reported the emails through every breach I could think of from malicious bidding to intimidation, feedback extortion and everything else..it took a few weeks but the user suddenly got suspended.

A short while later when I thought they had opened a new account, I reported that one as well and that was gone in a matter of days.

I have sent all the emails plus headers to ebay.

The Buyer has requested my contact details - it has my mobile number on there - so no doubt she will start abusive phone calls next.

This evening I will phone ebay again if nothing has come from them by then.

The payment was only for £8.99 plus the postage

MADAM IF YOU CONTINUE TO HARASS MY MOTHER AFTER STEALING HER MONEY THEN IT WILL BE I YOU DEAL WITH. YOU MIGHT FIND GREAT AMUSEMENT IN BULLYING A DISABLED LADY, I CAN ASSURE YOU I DO NOT. MY MOTHER HAS NOW GIVEN ME YOUR ADDRESS AND IN FUTURE YOU WILL ABUSE ME NOT HER. THIS IS NOT THE END OF THE MATTER, YOU CAN BE VERY CONFIDENT OF THAT. FORTUNATELY AS SHE POSTED MONEY TO YOU SHE HAS YOUR ADDRESS TO GIVE ME. BE CAREFUL MADAM. BE VERY CAREFUL!!!!!
