She has reported me to the police for fraud investigation. I got a phone call from our local police this afternoon. Once I had explained what had gone on they said that there was no problem, that the Buyer needed to check with the post office - which is what I have been telling her for a week!

Ebay have - finally - removed the final feedback.

At first they said that it didn't qualify for removal.

So - after I bombarded them with complaints they removed it last night!

However she has reported me to the police for fraud - as soon as the police heard the full story - that the p/o had never been received there was no problem at all.

Have been following this thread. Glad you got it sorted.

I fear this type of thing will only happen more in the future when buyers know they are immune to neg feedback.
