ask them to contact rm and check if the postal order has been cashed as you have never recieved it
  • Have done that this morning.

Apparently she sent a crossed p/o so nobody could have cashed it other than myself and I haven't had it.

Personally ebay have messed this up and I would try live help and get them to sort it. How dare they side with a buyer who says payment was sent and then remove the NPB strike.

I only put back the postal order option on my accounts recently as I was selling things that appeal to teenagers and they appear to prefer postal orders..but I think on balance I can do without the hassle of it all and will stick to bank transfers and paypal only in future.

  • I have already spoken to live help!!!

They were no 'help' at all - they didn't know why the UBS had been removed!

I am just uploading some BIN items and have actually followed through with my post and removed the postal order option. I get very few postal orders and seem to have a high problem rate with them and they way ebay are dealing with your situation has made me think they are a bad bet now.

  • I have sent Ebay an email wanting to know why they removed the UPI strike since the Buyer has still not paid for the item and it is now 12 days since the end of the auction.

We shall see what they say about it.

must admit i had more trouble with postal payments than any other.
people just seem in no hurry to post the payment off
  • This email has just been received from the Buyer - in this exact text

Sadly I think you are lying. YOU requested an open postal order! All the post posted that day was late in delivery because of the Easter holidays. However, everyone EXCEPT you received their payments (AND acknowledged them) albiet some were delayed. I will claim it back but would have thought you would have had a common decency to have sent it back to me. Can only assume you had an underlying motive for asking for a postal order not crossed! Happily it is very rare to come across ebayers like yourself who are impatient, rude and in this case dishonest! If you had taken the time to look at my feedback you will see I am one of the better ebayers. You have been my worst. My impressions are you are so busy chasing and being rude that you haven't time to get a life. Deep breath, not a cat in hells chance you would be missed, I in fact would love to have Missed you! And as a parting shot...... bet you have had it and you have destroyed it, that's the sort of thing petty minded people like you do. I wouldn't cash it though, or I will get you prosecuted for theft! You are NOT a nice person and I hope I have the pleasure of NEVER coming across you again. I am an honest person, when I say I sent it I SENT it, you on the other hand are dishonest and a pain in the A**. Hope you enjoy the misgotten gains, may GOD pay you back 10 fold.
