OH Smoky don't worry about the kids' diet and Old Styling. Your loss has made us all realise how short life is. I don't know how you're coping with all the practicalities but please look after yourself.
with much love.

And don't forget that there are many, many shoulders to lean on.
Taks care.

Oh smokey - don't be so hard on yourself - you are a fantastic mum and a few weeks or months of ready meals and chocolate won't hurt them. As for the housework - well just go with whatever works for you.
The flowers sound lovelyI'm going to feed our children non-organic food and with the money saved take them to the zoo - half man half biscuit 20080 -
(((hugs))) smoky. Don't worry about the kids diets just now. You're on autopilot at the moment, you just focus on the necessities. You're being so strong and as everyone keeps saying: we're all here to lean on and draw strength from. Just make sure you look after yourself. Take care. here, have a dodgy hug!!! :grouphug: xxxGE 36 *MFD may 2043

Thank you,
dodgy hugs and broad shoulders are more welcoming than you could know at the moment. If you are patient in one moment of anger, you will escape 100 days of sorrow.......Chinese proverb

smokybabe, only logged on a couple of minutes ago. You are a wonderful mother, and chocolate is a recognised food group:D
The flowers for Eric sound lovely. You are doing so well just holding it together. Children NEVER remember tidy houses or ironed pyjamas, but they always remember hugs and love. ( Take that from someone whose 4 kids are all grown, and who basks in their remembrances:o And gives thanks they don't remember all those cobwebs:rotfl: )

Smoky, you sound so calm at the moment. I only have admiration for you. I hope you saw our posts yesterday suggesting that you go and see the doc about something to help you sleep (though I realise that it's tricky over a bank holiday weekend).
You actually already sound better than you did a couple of days ago. Though we all realise it's just the beginning of a long and hard road for you.

smoky - those flowers sound beautiful, and although I have no idea what the Chris Rea song is (my music knowledge is carp) it sounds like you have picked something special and thats whats important.
