Morning all!
Has anyone else noticed that the times of our posts is an hour ahead ...or am I an hour behind???
I'm doing research this morning and then going back to bed with my cuppa before getting up properly and spending rest of day cooking and doing housework.
Hope everyone has a great dayxx

Morning all,
Smoky, you are in our thoughts...I've tried, but can't imagine what you are must be going through. (((Hugs)))
Squiggly Diddly, congrats on starting the thread for the first time...I'll change the date for you now.Edit, see you've already done it! :T
Amie, my freezer is fit to burst with cheap legs of lamb from Asda at the moment...£3.00 a kilo.
Jet, the time of my post is 8.05 and I think it's 8.05?But then again, it's early and I don't do early....so I could be wrong.
An early start for me as I haven't been sleeping well recently because I'm worrying about dd (17) who is driving us to hell and back at the moment. I finished work last night for a week and I'm so glad of the break and to get the chance to get back to some Old Styling. In fact we're all off for the next week, so hoping to have some days out with the boys, maybe do some cooking for the freezer and if the weather is bad decorate the living room. The weather will have to be really bad to motivate me to do that!
The sun is shining today, although it's freezing outside, so I might get a chance to get into the garden.
Take care and have a great Easter,
Pink0 -
Thank you Pink & Donny-Gal - I tried to do it earlier & couldn't see how to, so had another go just now and "went advanced"..... ooo-er!!! And it worked!!!
Hope your weekend with your DD pink is not so bad...
My post times are the same as the real time??

Morning Everyone
I have a new kitchen which is very exciting but unfortunately it is in boxes in the garage. The delivery guy were here at 7.30am having left Huddersfield at 6am they said that it was snowing so much at the top of the M62 that they were worried they won't be able to get back!!
Plans for the rest of the day are a quick trip to Mr T's and the supervision of the washing machine being moved into the garage. Hope DH does that soon because I have wet bedding to wash today as dd had a nappy malfunction last night. I think tea will be a Take-away unless I see something I fancy in Tescos.
Have a good day everyoneSorting my life out one day at a time0 -
Good morning everyone,
Lovely blue skies here - but so windy and cold!!!!
Lazy morning here, but then this afternoon im taking DD to my friends house for the afternoon, whilst i take DS to watch the mighty Plymouth  play football. Its nice to have some mum/son time and he really does love his football. One of the players children goto our school, so at the eggstravaganza the other day, he turned up with another player from the team, so cue a lot of excited boys in their Argyle shirts!!
WM is on (first load, bit behind as i didnt do any yesterday) but with the weather like it is, im hoping i can hang it out and it will dry quickly (before we go out at 12.30). Lunch will be sausage sandwiches, not sure about dinner tho. Will be popping to Tesco after the football for a few bits, so will see if there is anything there for dinner.
OK, off to do my clicks, and maybe have some breakfast!!

Good morning everyone :hello: :hello:
It's stopped snowing here. Good job as I need to get ready and then trek off to Milton Keynes where I'm meeting my friend to a) go shopping and b) go to the theatre.
Nothing to report since yesterday, I'm afraid.
Have a good day everyone.

Morning all,
I am working today 12 til 10, so not too much going on. We bought a slimline dishwasher yesterday (£20) and a gorgeous new wall unit for the kitchen (£20). Hope fully this will help keep the kitchen a bit tidier. I think it has also motivated OH to start decorating the kitchen, so i expect he will have it painted by the time I get back today.
Got a couple of loads of washing to hang on the line (now that OH has finally put that back up!) and I will hop in the shower in a minute
Hope you all have a good day :beer:We must all suffer one of two things: the pain of discipline or the pain of regret and disappointment0 -
Hi all. Well, it's trying to snow but it won't settle, much to the disgust of DGS and DGD. DH has gone to work - finally, after coming back twice for things he had forgotten, so I've had a quick whizz round, got second load in the WM and I'm just off out to the wool shop and then to the gym and then I shall scuttle back to the warmth and not plan to do anything else other than come on here and chat, knit and cook the dinner!
SQUIGGLY - I hadn't noticed the date before you edited!
AMIE - I'm so glad you are posting again - I've missed your posts. Quite a few have stopped coming on here; I'm thinking of QUEENIE and DANNAHAZ and I'm sure there are others.
Hope everyone is having a good day and that the weather is not too horrendous where you are. It's really cold here, windy and bluey-grey skies so I shall be wrapping up really warm then I shall come out of the gym and be too hot!
I hope BENTHOSBOY is OK? Haven't heard from him lately.
See you all later.

Good morning chums, can't seem to get a smiley to insert at all.Not very technical that's me .All's well in my part of the world ,although it's very cold and damp at the moment . I'm not stirring from my house today far too cold ,all my hair has now dissappeared into the far younder, but hopefully it should return when the chemo finishes next month.
DGC think it's a hoot and we play lots of piratical games with the boys as I have a chequered scarf that I wear a lot.
all of my tribe are well and the children even the big ones are looking forward to their Easter Eggs.
Went to see one of my DGS (aged 6)easter services at the local church on Thursday and there he was waving his palm leaf in his dressing gown bless him looking very serious about it all. Only recognized one hymn though ther rest were very modern ,sort of happy clappy stuff .The children enjoyed it though.
Well I'm just off to bung a chicken in the oven for dinner and the left overs will be curried and portioned up for the freezer <<hugs to those in need >>and a bigfor the rest of you
Hey I can get only the smileys from the first window must have a gremlin in the pooter
Cheers chums0
