I am going to kick myself up the butt. Tomorrow I will

Strip and wash and remake all 3 beds

oh yeah forgot I need to post what I've eaten.
    B: oatibix
S: pieces of banan and apple
L: pasta salad and couscous, ryvita and hummous, meringue nest with melon and yoghurt
S: WW cake plus small bit of Easter Egg and 1 malteser (from DS and DD1):rotfl:
    D: quorn fillet, veggies, potato
S: 2 x wine plus tortilla chips

Not so brilliant today as yesterday but I do get to have extra cos of the breastfeeding :j And I tried very hard and managed 4 glasses of water too.

Have done loads of finances tonight and shuffled lots of money about, but to my horror the money that DH claimed back from work (that we had sunk into the business 3 years ago) has just been frittered away from our joint account. All gone. On nothing much at all. I am SO gutted, I can't believe how stupid we (I) have been (I look after the finances). For some reason that now escapes me, I didnt just transfer it straight out of the account but let it sit there. All I was going to do with it was stick it back in savings for a rainy day ie another spell where he takes no salary, had a couple of those, not fun. But if it was going to go we should at least have spent it on something tangible.
Aaaaaarrrrrggggghhh:mad:
The worst bit is I have to figure out a way to tell DH that we have spent it, (and it was us not just me) as he thinks it is sitting there ready for whatever. Gulp, feel sick at the thought.

Watched all of Day After Tomorrow and then School of Rock. Very good. Off to bed, will prob have to get up middle of the night to feed LO as she has had me up several night on the trot now  But the plus side is I can guilt hubby into letting me have a lie in without feling guilty myself :T

Esp since he gives her a bottle around now (midnight) and he has just come in and informed me that he didnt bother to fill any bottles with cooled boiled water today (ho hum what a surprise) so there are no bottles ready.
Dilemma. To make him feel bad I could just let her cry til the water is cool enough, but as I am actually humane I can't do that therefore he won't be affected at all, I will have to feed her now, and thern weill DEFO have to get up in the night as he wont do night feeds and she wont last the night just from me. Anotgher aaaaaaaarrrrrrrggggggggggghyhhh MEN

Jill get it out in the open, it's gone, learn from it and move on. If he shouts/screams (which is the worst he can do) get some ear plugs.....done! Oh and yes I would shout back about the takeaway spends etc etc which in all honesty I think you will agree were bought because you were doing everything and trying to be supermum, maybe if he'd pulled his finger out a bit more he'd have a leg to hobble with. Don't however go to bed on an arguement if you can help it, just point out the facts, leave it at that. Are you doing formula and breast feeding at the mo? Just all confuzzled with the bottle prep etc :o

www.spendingdiary.co.uk is great for tracking spending, might help for future times to be able to say 'this was spent on.....' etc. Oh and sorry I have tiamaria or baileys so you'll have to add your own brandy if those will not do :p

lil_me yes we are mix feeding, we had a bottle refusal spell a while back so we got her onto one bottle a day and want to keep it that way so I can leave her with DH or babysitter.
Her feeds go like this at the minute:
    7am breastfeed
    8am brekkie
    11am breastfeed
    1pm lunch
    4pm breastfeed
    6pm dinner
    730pm breastfeed
    midnight bottle

It feels like all I do all day is feed her LOL
Anyway, she's been taking a bottle around midnight for the last couple of months and for a couple of weeks she was going through to 7am but for the past few nights she's had me up around 4-5am. There's been a few things different. One night I went out and she fell asleep before DH could give her a bottle at bedtime (he didnt think to wake her  ).
Then he has got her up for breakfast the last couple of days and has given her a silly tub of fruit puree instead of the massive portion of ready brek and mashed banana I normally give her (I did tell him, he decided he knew better  ).
She is also a bit snotty so maybe not 100%.
And then the last two nights, worryingly, she has just refused the bottle again   including tonight, But that may be because he gave her a carton of ready made stuff of SMA when she normally has Aptimil that we mix in ( this of course because he forgot to get the water ready ). aarrghhh . So annoying, because if I dare complain he just says Ok well if you think I canlt do it your way then you do it. Helpful.

On the subject of the money thing, he won't shout or rant, he will just say all sadly " I just don't understand, where has it gone, how can it have gone, what have we spent it on, its very disappointing, just out of interest, why didnt we transfer it to savings" and make me feel massively guilty :(

Oh well tough cookie, its gone. I am not going to fess up tonight. Will wait for the right moment.

Really off to bed now. The wine has given me a headache.

    Morning everyone

A covering of snow here. Hope I can get home from work tonight. I will be glad when I retire next year and no more 12 and a half hour shifts. The clients have Easter eggs so no doubt thats what we will be doing this afternoon and putting a film on. Im cooking the Sunday dinner so we will have an early one and get sorted. Its funny though cos once we get sat down someone will want the loo or another will behave badly lol.

Serena Nothing in particular sets mum off its as soon as I appear. Its not a new thing. It started years ago when she became a widow. There is only me here plus mmy family. My brother lives in Aberdeen. Some of the things she has done to me over the years are funny now but not at the time. Im better with it now and try and tell her. I said yesterday we could have a nice visit and was only upsetting herself. Thanks for the hugs.

JillD Taffy1969 Thanks for the hugs.

Right better get cracking taxi will be here soon. Catch you all tonight. Have a lovely Easter Sunday everyone.

I can eat chocolate and crisps and sweets and desserts today as lent is over although JillD if you are reading this , Of course I won't be eating any of this as I plan on shifting some weight.;)

JillD if OH was so bothered about finances why could he not have done something about it. Men are so easy to blame others. I agree with every one else. Start from today . (((hugs))) to you , I think you are doing a great job. Having little sleep is so horrible with little ones.

Any way didn't really do much yesterday :( so think maybe I will try and do a few things today.

Dh needs to get suitcase from loft!

need to find my list because I have lost it somewhere.

I also guess I should go a tidy up all the spilt milk that my DD spilt earlier today!

Well my nan is still in hospital but she seems to be doing well and is talking to every one so that is good (she has a habit of sulking sometimes) With the traffic and weather I don't think I will go down and see her, may go next week. Will see how it goes. Thank you all for your hugs, It really helped as always.
