    Hi everyone

    Still absolutely loving this.

    25 premmie hats now.

Am I dreaming or is there somewher you can send for wool. I have used all my little bits and pieces and have just bought some more but am quite happy to continue knitting and would love to try some blankets but a donation of wool would help

Hi Chalky - visit www.lovinghands.org.uk and they will send you wool, needles and patterns! 25 hats is phenomenal - well done - I shall update right now!

I finished off another three hats last night (so nine in total) :)

I like the look of the teddies, I might have to have a go at one of those, they look fairly simple and it's such a lovely idea.

I have just started to knit a hat and a body warmer from the Ray of Hope patterns and they seem so much bigger than the patterns on the Loving Hands Website. Has anyone else found this.

Do the SCBU also need bigger sizes as well--

Hi Gingernutmeg - thanks for the update; your hats have put the Smoothie total to over 30 now - well done!

Chalky - I would think the SCBU need all sizes from preemie to full-term size. I haven't tried the Ray of Hope patterns yet so can't help you there. Perhaps someone else on here has and could let us know what they think?

I like the teddy idea - especially as they have crochet instructions! When I get a moment to myself (and my crochet hook) I might give one a whirl.

    Hi everybody

Can you add 6 more hats and a body warmer to my total. ---- Well it has been pouring with rain here for days and days and days !!!

Just tried the spiral hat from the Preemie project and it is really easy and fun to knit.

Sent first parcel of hats off to Loving Hands and asked for some wool cos I am running out.

Mr Chalky has lost weight since I started this challenge --- no cookies or cakes being baked !!!
