Hello again! The very minute I sent my last post off I received a welcome email to OECS along with lots of information which I have not yet read through. There are several addresses to which our squares can be sent for sewing up. This group was suggested by KAY PEEL so thank you so much, KAY!
Here is the link if anyone wants to find out more about the site. http://uk.geocities.com/oecs_central/ Meanwhile, I have a couple of forms to fill in about us as a group which I need to email back to them. I will read through them and let you all know what they are all about. I won't email any forms back without running them past you all first! However, I have emailed back to thank them for their response and to say we will send the forms back soon!
The site looks really good - I'm going to have another look right now!

It's me yet again, just to let you know that OECS say that 63 of our squares would make one blanket! Now, that's a challenge if ever I heard one!

Mioliere, just looked at the OECS site and they want their squares to be 7 inches, not the 8 inches most people seem to be doing
Just thought it was worth mentioning now;)

that would fit in better with a book that I have which is basically a book of squares with ideas of how to put them together - those squares are 7 inches - I was just going to stick a few extra stitches and rows on either end. So shall I do 7 or 8I'm going to feed our children non-organic food and with the money saved take them to the zoo - half man half biscuit 20080
