Well done on the weight loss everyone and I'm keeping my fingers crossed for us all. My first weigh in on saturday and I lost 5lbs so pleased with that especially as I haven't felt hungry all week. Although saturday and sunday were well over my points!
I do the monthly pass and am finding it motivates me to do it as I've already paid and the online resources are great.
Have great weeks xReally should be doing some work...0 -
Hey everyone can anyone help me at all with points.
I have just had a weight watchers soup 1 1/2 points and had a cheese roll from the loose roll section in the bakery does anyone know what that could possible be. Most probably not good but was soo yummy.0 -
Just made the Lemon, rosemary and mushroom rice dish from last months WW magazine and it was delish and only 3.5 points. I added a point of left over chicken breast (just to use it up). It is from the Take 5 ingrediants section of the magazine and took less than 10 minutes.
Going to make the leeks and ham in a cheese sauce from this weeks handout for tea tonight.Josey0 -

A medium bread roll (50g) is on average 2 points but I have found the that the bakery one are usually (75g) 3 points, so then decide just how much cheese topped it. I think you would be safe to call it 4 points, unless it was especially nice and then add another point.Josey0 -

The Blueberry bars are discontinued, so get them whilst you can. Best before dates on ones at my meeting Feb 10. I tried the new chocolate, peanut and raisin on saturday and thought they were horrible. Gave the full pack away to people around me.Josey0
