    MONTHLY PASS....is it worth it??
At the moment I am paying as I go, but I do like to save cash so maybe MP would be better?

Have any of you got it? Can you recommend it?

yes - its totally worth it. Saves on the meetings fee plus you get the online resource free.

I've also found that it's stopped me wanting to skive the meeting and weigh in - as I've already paid for it, I'll go (even though the news might be disappointing as soon as I get on the scales :o )

    Definitely worth it.

I also recommend it...it costs less each month, it's more convenient (not having to worry about having cash/right change, etc.) and the free access to the online services is great - I do all my tracking online and it's more accurate that using the books, etc. because it's an exact calculation, not rounded to the next 20 cals. You can also access the online forums so if you ever have a question you've got loads of people there to answer it.
Does remembering a time that a certain degree of personal responsibility was more or less standard means that I am officially old?

    Hi Tanny

Since new year - I tipped the scales at 13st 8lb  and am now a (comparatively) trim 12st 4. I started off just doing it myself, watching what I ate and trying to exercise more but hit a plateau mid Feb.

I rejoined WW end of Feb and have lost a steady 2lb per week - I needed a bit more structure and WW gives me that.

I prefer WW to anything else I've tried as you can pretty much eat anything you want - there's a lot of freedom, not restricted to certain things on certain days etc

Well done everyone with the weigh losses.
My weigh in yesterday saw a 1lb loss. I am pleased with this as due to health issues I am not allowed to do any exercise (even walking). I am going to see if I am allowed to go swimming a couple of times a week if I feel up to it. I would love another 1lb this week as that will take me into the next weight in stones bracket.

  • Hi guys

I went to my first meeting last monday and have been following the Fast Start Plan, and to my surprise have found it quite easy to so and don't really feel very hungry. Eating a lot less thanI normally would and am planning to fit in the gym at least twice a week as well as step up (literally!) the excercise at home. Need to get back into my wii fitting every evening methinks!

Anyway, i know i've already lost weight in this first week - just hoping it continues!!
