Well done with the loss. There are some weeks when we would sell our souls to stay the same (only joking) you know what its like, you have a last wee before getting on the scales and promise. One pound a week is 3.5 stones in a year. Keep at it, as you never know, next weeks loss may show more than you thought. My weigh in is tomorrow and I shall be doing all the above, as had 4 meals out this week.

I'm on WW, so thought I'd pop in here. I've lost 7lbs out of a total of 31lbs since 5th January. I put on a little bit too much with my little sproglette.

I hate exercise, but do tend to walk quite a bit. I've also bought a cross trainer and go on that every day. But I can only manage 8mins (and thats with stopping after 5mins).

How do I build up my stamina and fitness levels? There are loads of running programmes that you can find, but none on cross trainer programs.
Pink Sproglettes born 2008 and 2010
    Mortgages (End 2017) - £180,235.03
    (End 2021) - £131,215.25 DID IT!!!
    (End 2022) - Target £116,213.81

WOW, what a great loss, I feel like a slow coach at my rate of losing. But as long as it keeps coming off I will be happy.

    Morning all...

Slipped up at the hotel... my will was weak!!! But am back and back on track!!!

Just wanted to say to a couple of posters... please don't fall into the trap of buying the expensive branded WW food all of the time, try own branded foods, and point them up or even better, cook from sctratch, then you know exactly what has gone into it and it's much better for you - no chemicals etc.....

all of the major super markets do thier own low fat versions of things, and for more money saving lots of the value branded products are low fat too without thwm advertising it...

Grab your points finder and go check it out...

Good luck over the weekend everyone x x x

    Right stupid question everyone......

Now according to my lovely little book carrots, parsnip and swede are all point free :D

BUT, if I was to cook them (steam them) would they still be point free? I mean could I have a roast, and have ALOT less roast potatoes but pile on the other veg? Thinking that the veg is point free :)

Does this make sense? I got confused because when I looked at the carvery section in the eating out guide it actually gave point values for the vegetables mentioned above. Dont know if this is to do with the cooking methods used though...
