Well I was weighed today and found I had lost 3lbs. really please with this as fell a little on Monday night after skittles with the liquid refreshments and proper chips etc I aim to make a really big effort this week to see if I can improve and get to the magic 7lbs lost in 2 weeks. I am finding though that I am doing alot more exercise so that is really helping as well.
Divorce all finished- now to start saving for a better future!

I'm not a fan of a blended soup so I make a chicken broth (bullion mix) and cook pieces of carrot, baby corn, butternut squash (any 0 point veg) in it til tender and have that as my 0 point soup.

I sometimes make it an asian version by adding a bit of lemon, garlic and chilli or ginger to have a different version.

Or as a very quick fix, a stock cube in a mug of hot water.

staying in a hotel tonight - so wish me luck everyone -
