Welcome Ang (smokey112).
Looks like we are going to have a very helpful and motivating thread here.Josey0 -
Thsi morning I had a bad allergic reaction to a bag of WW cheese curls from Morrisons, my throat and gums swelled up and my stomach is not happy. Took piriton and plenty of water which seems to have helped. Will send pack back and see what they say.Josey0

Thank-you, I can be funny with cheese products, its hit and miss. I tried the WW nacho and had no problems, but can't eat cheese and onion crisps, and every so often proper cheese sets me off - weird.
Tonight discovered the WW Belgium choc cake, oh dear, I had to have a second piece just to check it was as good as the first.Josey0 -

Someone in work mentioned I need to weigh myself on a hard surface, so I did. Im currently 11 stone 10, not 10 stone 8!! I have just eaten, so will try again tomorrow morning.
Also my books turned up today! Annoyingly I had them delivered to my office and I wasnt in the office today and couldnt get back. Grumble.Green and White Barmy Army!0 -

Hi all,
Had weigh in last night. Lost a measly 1lb (boo), but still it's in the right direction and will carry on. Also stopped taking the mini pill a few weeks ago and body not back to normal yet IYKWIM. Have read reports that some people put on over 3 stone on the one I was on, so hoping I'll wake up one morning and that 3 stone will have just melted away! LOL0
