I am thinking of joining my local WW. I have been looking on line and have found my local class.
This might be stupid question but do I just turn up and join or do I need to contact someone to let them know I am going?
thanks0 -

I know that it is MSE but to be honest I am quite up for meetings as I think it would be a great way to meet some new people.
I do like the sound of 0 points though0 -
Although its not overly healthy my way through it is to eat not much during the day. I tend not to snack, have one cup of hot chocolate (0.5 pt) and then drink lots of water. Ive never had breakfast and struggle to start this now. Lunch Ill try and have something like soup which is only a point.
This means I normally go to my evening meal with about 15 points left meaning I can have something nasty like a pizzaMe and OH do have healthyish meals, but neither of us are hugely into veg and to be honest are very lazy.
But Ive never eaten much when Im at work, as Im too busy working!!Green and White Barmy Army!0 -

I cannot eat when I first get up, but at about 9ish when I get settled in at work, I have a cereal bar (2 points) with a cuppa. You should try to have something as this kick starts your metabolism for the day.Josey0 -
Josey, thanks for that. I may have a look today while out shopping. Ideally I want something as low points as possible, lol.
Going beefeater tomorrow night and think my best option is to have the chargrilled chicken at 12 points, with a jacket potato which I think is about 3 points. But WOW, what do they do to the chicken to make it that high?! Surely if I was to grill a chicken at home it would be no where near that??Green and White Barmy Army!0 -
Take the skin off if you are strong wiled enough to do so - or ask if you can have it served without skin so you don't have to be strong willed
)
That should help lower the loints a bit for you???
Enjoy it though... x0 -
Hi kr15snw
Is'nt the 12 points for the whole meal including accompaniments? I go to the Beefeater quite a lot and the chargrilled chicken is a chicken breast with no skin and a grilled chicken breast would'nt be 12 points on its own surely?!!
Enjoy your meal xOct GC: £144.07/£2000
