    Welcome pink1310

I have 5 stones to lose and know it will be a long slog, but with the help of the people in my class, on here and my partner - I know I can do it. I know what you mean about clothes, last summer I wore clothes that disguised my size as best I could. This year I would like to get into some of the summer wear that has been lurking in the back of the wardrobe for years.

Im WEAK!!! I work a few doors down from a burger king on some days and I gave in!!!!

Now have a casserole in the oven :)

Out of interest when it says the points on the packet, does this include the reccomended amount of chicken and stuff? Or do I need to add extra points?

Supposed to be on a course in Birmingham tomorrow, going on train from Leeds at 6am, could be fun. Called the university before I left work at 4.30 and they said it was still on. Will take plenty of WW snacks in case train delayed on either leg.

My doctors had never heard of the scheme and looked at me as though I was mad. Hope you have better luck.
From looking further into it only half of the PCT's are taking part, so I wonder if mine is not one of them.

Hi Josey - I think that may just be doctors in Leeds, they can be a bit weird.

OK so foodwise today am bang on target so should make it to bed before I get hungry again. Took dog out for a walk in the snow today as couldn't get to work and haven't used the activity points - she loved it and is curled up sleeping on the sofa at the mo.
