    today i had
b - porridge with raisins and s milk (4.5 pts as i made more than the 30g)
    L - 0pt soup
d - chicken leg roast, o pt veg, 2 roast pots and 1 roast parsnip (8pts), ww rice pudding 1.5 pts (9pts total)

    weigh in is on weds.
i joined the monthly plan to motivate me on continuing and tracking on line too. ideally i would like to lose 3 stone - but i need to lose 4.5 really. though i am going in the right direction to my 5% goal.

on thursday i had 4 chicken selects from mcdonalds (my son ate the 5th). i couldnt find anywhere how to record the points or how much.

  • your welcome.

I just done a search on the ww site for chicken selects, they are 2 points each or for your 4, 8 points.

I've walked the 2 mile each way to school this morning, on the way back i semi did a power walk, does anyone know how many points extra you get for exercise.

Also, I'm meeting some friends later but i cant find in my pack what th point allowance is for alcohol. I only want a small glass of red wine.

First weigh in on Thurs, so want it to be a decent one.

Small Glass (100ml) is 1 point and a medium glass (175ml) is 2 points. I'd go with the medium.

Joined WW this morning, have got 17 lbs to loose. Having Baked Beans on toast for lunch, and a chicken stir-fry with noodles for tea.

I WILL look good in a bikini this summer.xx:T
