I cannot eat fibre so my daily menu's will seem really unhealthy but they may help people who don't liek fruit and veg ?

Breakfast: Bagel with low fat cream cheese - 4 points

Lunch - Melba toasts with hummous - 2

Tea - Chicken rogan josh with rice - 7
    Naan bread 7

    1 pint of skimmed milk - 2

    Curly Wurly 2 1/2

I have a massive box of curly wurlys which are only 2 1/2 points but take a while to eat as they are so chewy so satisfy chocolate cravings.

I was also chuffed to discover that Walkers crisps (multipack) only have 2 points a bag.

If i still eat bits of what i crave it stops me caving in and binging on bad food.

WW works in that it lets me eat what i like whilst keeping a check on how much i eat - so i will have one pack of crisps instead of 2 !!

    First weigh in tonight:rolleyes:

    Welcome Madmonkey,

I weight in on a Tuesday aswell - so will report back tonight. Looking forward to trying the newWW black forest bars which should be at the meeting tonight.

I'm also not a fan of Veg, but do try to eat the things that I do like quite often and have a bit of variety.

Not eating dinner til after weigh in - so will put my manu down later.

Hope everyone is well and staying on track!

Hi all, mind if I join you? I am in my second week of WW, I have my 2nd WI tonight. I have about 5.5 stone to lose, so looking at doing this for a long time.
Does anyone have any lunch ideas, I am sick of sandwiches - I do not have access to a microwave so it needs to be something that can be eaten cold.

Any idea would be gratefully recieved.

Good luck to all those who have a WI in the next few days and well done to those who have lost weight so far.

Soup is a super lunch (lol) get a flask and either have zero point soup or low pointed soup, nuke it in the microwave in the morning and its usually just right at lunchtime. Bread is actually quite high in points when you consider how little it fills you up but combine it with soup and you get a much more substantial meal.

Pasta salad, rice, cous cous are all good packed lunch options and can be easily and cheaply made from leftovers.
