If you just google for Noreen Blacket you will find the website, it's VERY good.

Lovely to have you all on board - I'm being good over the weekend - and then starting to count officially from monday.

So will be updating regularly - did WW some time ago, but have been very lazy with it and MUST get back into it.

Also brought Wii fit so have no excuses not to get off my lazy butt and do something active aswell!

    How's everyones weekend so far?

I'm on Weight Watchers as well, started in October last year and have so far lost 22 pounds, which I'm pleased with.

My tip is try a few different meetings as leaders vary quite a bit. The one we have is ace, and we can relate to the stories she tells.

Also some classe members are clicky and you dont feel welcome. Ours has nights out, meals out etc. There is one tonight as it happens. Dont give up, try another class.

Our class meets on a Saturday morning in a leisure centre and older children go swimming etc and younger ones come to class - no problem.

Our class support helped me lose weight even over the Christmas period and YES, I did have lots of tasty things to eat and drink.

  • Your class sounds amazing josey1964! My leader is absolutely brilliant, totally straight-talking, firm but fair - but as a class we hardly ever do anything like social events, I barely know the people in my class tbh apart form the odd 1 or 2 xxx

It is the class that has kept me going. However, last night did not go to plan and the restaurant we had planned to go to (does not take bookings) had an hours wait, so we ended up at an all you can eat chinese buffet. Can you imagine it, 12 Weight Watchers at a Chinese buffet. Lets see what the scales show next week.

Must be good, must be good.

I have put a joint of lamb in the slow cooker for tonights tea, so can have that with lots of veg, and will make the left overs into an Irish stew for tomorrows tea.

  • Good suggestion nich29580.
I have done this with the Asda fruit'n'grain bars with custard. Can be just the thing to finish off a meal.

Rejoined weightwatchers again today. Used it before to lose weight for my wedding, then I went and had a baby and ate far too much so have a couple of stone to lose again. Too scared to weigh myself to see how much there actually it to lose lol so im estimating my starting weight and will brave the scales in a couple of weeks time.
