  • Was a 3lb weight gain for me over Christmas, was very relieved tbh because I thought it would be much more! I'm ususally on 22 points but I'm doing an 18 point week to kick start my weight loss again, now Xmas is over I have to try and resist buying Creme Eggs for 3 months! xxx
  • Hope I'm OK to join this, started WW last Tues so not had first weigh in yet. Know it works, lost 3stone two years ago but half of it has gone back on *sob*

Sat staring at a bar of White Hotel Chocolat... so eating a choc & cherry Mullerlight yoghurt and trying to convince myself it's just as good...!

I'm on 20 points and do feel like I've eaten a lot this week even thought I have counted points and been under most days (and on 20 on the others!!)

  • Apparently the record weight gain at my local meeting after the christmas period was 13.5lb. You are all a bunch of amatuers! ;)
I have just joined again after about 3 years and putting on about 3 stone. I think the monthly pass is a great idea because it keeps me motivated to go each week and try hard!

At our class we got told that a woman put on a stone last year over Xmas! I suppose it's easy done though, thank goodness it's only once a year! :rotfl: xxx

    Hey everyone

Just wanted to pop in and say HELLO!!

I've just signed up to WWonline for the second time, I first joined 2 years ago. I've still the same weight to lose 5 stone! At 5'2'' I'm a wee tub but it's a major part of my life so I'm going to need people to give me a kick up the jacksy, dont seem to have alot of willpower and get up and go

I'm on 23 points at the mo and have meal planned until friday, I find weekends harder than week days, as I can be good when at work. Am also trying to do this as OS as I can, so will be hopefully nicking a few recipes from there

So hello everyone and hope to chat soon

Oh my - I have just watched a programme I sky plussed called half ton son. I need to keep this programme and watch it when I am feeling peckish

Have a few MSE outings planned for the next few weeks which means I could do with saving up the most amount of points so I can have a (little) treat ;)

This ties in with me trying to keep to a strict budget too as I need all my pennies for my trip to London!

Must do a session on the wii fit today :A

Excellent loss!! Well done and keep it going, I'm sure your delighted

I'm using this first week to assess how I do actually eat, I've never really keep a track of how I eat and the choices I make, so far it's been over 50% of what I actually should

Now I'm able to work on it, the boredom, and the emotional eating

So starting pointing tomorrow with portion control then weigh in on Monday, am feeling very motivated now, have never felt so up for it before but the success stories online are a great visual concept of how much weight you can actually loose

Anyway hope everyone else is getting on ok, by the way WW meals in Tesco for £1
