Just a note for anyone who is on the monthly pass, last week I rang up as our meeting was closed for Xmas and I wanted to know where else I could go to get weighed. After offering me a meeting that I couldn't attend because I was working, the very nice man on the phone extended my monthly pass by a week. Just a thought in case anyone else's meeting closed last week and couldn't get to another one!
I have to say, I am not looking forward to tomorrow night. I think I would be happy at a 2 - 2.5lb gain for the Christmas period. Just need to shift all the bloomin chocolate that has found its way into our house as gifts! Anybody hoping to have lost weight over Christmas?Official DFW Nerd Club - Member no. 607 - Proud To Be Dealing With My Debts :T

Hi everyone,
Just thought I'd say hello as I joined WW today. I used to be a member some years ago and lost a few stone but have sadly put it all back on and more....
Theres a few issues behind wanting to loose weight but mainly the fact that I want to go shopping in "normal" shops and the fact that my poor bf was kept awake all night by my snoring which probably down to the excess weight. I was mortified when he told me
Anyway hope you are all doing well - any mse weight watching tips? C xThere are many things in life that will catch your eye, only a few will catch your heart. Pursue those.0 -
Hi
Can anyone help.....A few questions about core plan..
1 - Is there any milk allowance or do you have to use points
2 - Is any bread included in Core or do you use points.
Thank you
Penny

Hi Penny,
As far as I'm aware, skimmed milk is a core food- i.e. it's not pointed.
You definately need to use your weekly points allowance for bread.
