    So what do people think of the new plan? Are you pleased or annoyed that core has disappeared.

    For me personally, Core would never have worked as I am greedy and what my body classes as comfortably full is probably a world apart from what weight watchers think is comfortably full. :rotfl:

    I like the new folder thingy, its probably just a way of keeping people interested!

    Anyway, only half a pound off last night but I suppose that is better than nothing!

    Hi - I'm at ww and so is my daughter. I've been going on and off since the mid 70's! Sometimes successfully and sometimes not so - it's up to me really. This time it's going well, I have about 2 stone to lose and have lost 7 and a half lbs in 3 weeks. I'm giving up smoking as well so i'm able to keep a real check on what I'm eating with points. Good luck to the rest of you. I'd like to pop on here every now and again for a bit of a chat. Good luck x
