I'd been doing really well this week, sticking to my points allowance. Then went out yesterday had a few drinks then ate everything i could get my hands on in the house!!! really annoyed with myself:mad: think i might have to give up on the booze if i am going to stick to it:eek:
hope everyone else is doing better than me:D0 -

I used to go to WW before I moved to another city back in July. I stopped going after that, as the nearest meet up from me is pretty far and I don't drive.
Regretting that somewhat! Had a doctor's weigh in recently... with all the stress and strain, from not watching what I eat, from eating what my partner's been eating (and making a lot of house warming cakes!!) I've put on a stone! I had lost a stone on WW before, so gutted that I've put it all back on.
So seeing as I can't get to a meet up, but want to get on the wagon again, all these links and formulas have been really helpful to me. Raring to get going making some nice 0 points soup!0 -
1 1/2 off:j :j not brilliant but as I was a bit naughty quite pleased:D0

Just wondering why this is such a quiet thread?
does it mean that SW is a better diet and that's why more people join that thread?? Just wondering if i should try that?

I don't know why it is so much quieter hollowhead, it seems the same on various forums. I don't know if there are just loads more people doing SW. I certainly got on with SW better than WW but I had been doing it for years and had reached a plateau and really needed to get my portion control back in check. Unfortunately my WW group leader is rubbish and because of the lack of support on forums I'm thinking of going back to SW.0

Hi Everyone
I re-joined WW yesterday after some shocking news at my doctors appt. Apparently I'm in real trouble if I don't lose some weight soon. I'll know more after my blood tests are done.
I did points about 5 years ago and it went well, I lost about 2 stone. However I had some bad news and I stopped and so did the weight lose, in fact I put it back on and then some.
I spent ages looking at Core and points, and decided that I'd go back with points again. I'm spending some time today doing some research into meals I can get going with.
I'm sure the thread will pick up0 -
