I can't get that link to work!
I didn't do kickstart as I felt I'd been unhealthy enough in recent weeks that the plan would be a kickstart enough. I'm doing Core and it honestly does not feel like a diet. I know that sounds cheesy but I have eaten loads and don't feel like it's taken over my life, which points has felt like in the past.
Good luck at MacDonalds- one unhealthy place I can resist!

Yaaayy!! A WW thread!!
I came over from the dark side (SW) 2 weeks ago after being with them a year and losing a stone, and felt nothing but relief!! It is so nice to be able to eat anything as long as you point it!! Had a good first week and lost 3.5lb. Didn't go last week as I had a shocking week with the family and really couldn't face it, but I am back on track and am so pleased to have found you lot!! xxx0 -
Hi there
I am a WW virgin and am joining on Tuesday night although the class I will be going to is on a Wed morning.
I have been on a harsh "barely any food" diet for past few months but since school holidays started I have cheated a lot and put on over a stone of the 4 that I lost  so I need to start again. I cant face living on packet soups and milkshakes anymore, I want some real food. I drink a lot of water and prior to my summer holiday meltdown was doing exercise every day. I have just been on my cross trainer for 5 minutes and I am exhausted - not a good sign!
I am a size 14 albeit quite snug at the moment (I am 5ft 4), I started off life in March a size 20 but with losing a lot have become quite complacent about getting to my goal, I cant afford to gain anymore.
My sister in law started WW 2 weeks ago and lost 8.5lbs in the first week, she is on the core plan. I am not used to eating a lot, so it will be a shock to my system I think some normal regular food!
Can anyone give me any advice on WW ? Whats the kickstart programme ?
I drink around 2.5-3L of water a day as well
Thanks for any replies I get

You will be fine!! In my experience, you might like the points system. At least for the first few weeks you will know you are eating enough. If you have been on shakes etc- using the core plan, you might get full too quick therefore not eat enough! Good luck on your first meeting!

Hello all
Mind if I join you? I'm another who is a SW convert to WW, for now at least, because I need to get control over my portions again.
I am just starting out on WW and I am amazed at the amount of 0 point soups you can do, I thought it was just the one recipe! I have had carrot and coriander for lunch, the easiest soup I have ever made considering all I did was peel and halve an onion and chuck it into the slow cooker with stock, a bag of whoopsied carrot batons and a sprinkle of dried coriander. Left it on overnight and blitzed with a hand blender this morning! Easy peasy!
Got butternut squash to make tomorrow's soup (and plenty for the freezer) but I'm also going to experiment with chopped veg in a herby tomatoey sauce. Please can anyone tell me if Passatta is 0 points? And dried herbs are too aren't they? So I'm thinking a mixed veg curry for 0 points. Nom nom nom!:T0 -

i think there is not many of us WW on here im afraid !
Well guys weighed in last night and after sticking to my points (including saving some for a lovely sunday lunch in the new forest) managed to lose 3.5lbs :j
so in the last two weigh ins have lost 5.5lbs really hoping for a shiny silver seven next week. I also discovered one of my diet inhibitors was my husband ---his suggestion to take kids to Maccy ds on fri night ..his suggestion to do M&S dine in for under 10 pounds ..his suggestion for a big roast in the new forest for his mums b day.
I had to sit him down and explain it my all be a bit full of points - so we ditched the m & S deal i think he understands a bit more now.
I feel on top ofthe world to be back doing this again cos i know it works..basically ever since i put on weight from my honeymoon i have not stopped eating -my self esteem was at rock bottom and i got in a cycle of bad comfort eating and put two stone on. I feel so relieved to be actually doing something about my weight!!
Im gonna try not to miss meetings as they really help me stay focused.
