I always weigh my rice out lol
Just in from a 50min walk with the dog, seems like so much more hard work in this weather - still Activity tracker reckons two points earnt at a slow walk.
And so far am on track for 15 points, trying to save back the extra 3 I had yesterday. Im on 18 points and hardly ever eat because im hungry, for me its boredom lol or just because while im working0 -
Been fairly ok food wise today, am getting a lift to 'near' my home tonight and gonna have a half hour trek home for the exercise.
I only use the microwave ouches of rice (I simply cant seem to cook the normal stuff) which is 3 points for half the sachet.Really should be doing some work...0 -
Just finished my daily 30mins of wii fit, not banking the points from it but hoping it might help shift some pounds a little bit quicker or at least help give me a better shape a bit quicker.
Thinking about tomorrows eating not really sure what I want to have got a freezer full of meat but haven't a clue what to make. Maybe chilli bake potatos or Fajitas with a 0pt soup for luch and wheatabix for breakie... then off out to our friday night pub meet with all our friends.
Might go down to Tesco later and see if something catches my eye instead0 -

Getting closer to hometime, want to resist eating any more snacks now until i get home. Eating out of boredom rather than hunger is the worst!!! Need to learn to stop that x0 -
i did something bad. after 3 days and not feeling thinner (as if I even should!) i jumped on the scales
anyway it was good news as i seem to have lost 1lb, but if i hadnt moved or if i had gained i would have lost the plot.
no more weigh ins until monday...although i am thinking of starting my week on a friday so i can let it go a bit on the weekend and claw it back through the week? anyone else do that?
need to do exercise but poorly so can only walk and dont fancy risking death on the pavements! my neighbour just crashed into her house as her wheels lockeddrive safe peeps!
ETA: made point free celery soup too with oxo cubes salt and pepper and just celery. it was delish! i only used to have 18 points on weight watchers but now I have 20 because Im a bit older and bit fatter! its making it easier, I always felt i was scraping around for points on 18, but not now!

I work my points monday to sunday. So I know exactly where I am at the weekend. I only use the points I have banked over Friday and Sat night and do not bank any for the Sunday I use my full points allowance.
I try to save 16pts overall (banking 4per day) Monday to Thurday and use them Friday and Sat night for whatever.0 -
I do something which is technically not allowed, i WI every saturday morning, the points that i have saved from the sunday previous all the way til the Friday before wi i use up the Saturday night after my WI. You are supposed to use all the points during the sun - fri but to be honest it has been working for me and saturdays are my naughty days, that way whatever i might gain from eating all the weeks points ive got wont show until the next saturday. (its been working so far and im a stay at home weigher anyway so no leader to yell at me hehe) x0
