And when I mention this offending Toblerone I mean a BIG one not an individual teeny tiny one..

I joined WW this week, not because I need to lose very much, but because I need to get to know someone who is not my employer or her family! I loved the class (knew I would, WW'd a lot in the past) and feel pretty motivated!

However...can anyone tell me how many points for a whole bottle of wine:o I think I remember 7 and a half??? But thats a few years back - find it easier to point the whole bottle than guess the glass:cool:

    Thanks

Welcome to our band of merry weight watchers faith - sounds about right for a bottle (a medium glass is 2 points)

Wii fit - not sure but 20 minutes of moderate exercise is about 2 points, does that help? WW tracker on the website doesn't appear to be working so I can't get any more details i.e what 'moderate' actually means!!

Right I'm off to watch celeb BB in bed - sad I know..

  • Oh dear, just here to pop my head in and cry a little at how badly I'm craving ANYTHING to eat :|

I put on 4lb over xmas - which I guess isn't too bad, as I could have done ALOT worse if I'd let myself go! But god damn it's getting to me. Am back up to 12st 2lb now *gutted* and have set myself a NY resolution of losing a stone by June. *fingers crossed*

What was this about Quidco offering free WW memberships or something? Have I missed it? GAAH!

Thanks, I wasn't going to use any activity points to eat or drink, but was kind of wondering about how much the wii uses up.

I rang WW today to order a couple of bits and they couldnt take the order as the system was down and they couldnt fix it as their people who know never made it in cus of snow and they we not too sure about when it would be back up if no one could get in.
  • well today has gone well. I tried the ww sweet and sour sauce tonight with chicken and veggies and some rice, was yummy. Has weetabix for brekkie and a wrap and cup a soup for lunch..... Starving at the moment but its just the first few days getting used to it again

Welcome Faith and welcome back YWG.

Day 3 going good so far, thought today was going to be a snow day but didnt happen in the end lol. Why does the motivated disappear after a bad time of eating (xmas) its so hard to stay on track this time around.
  • I feel like I'm never going to be full right now. I've already gone over my points by 4 - i'm finding it ridiculously difficult to stay on my 18 points a day now i'm back on WW after eating soooo much at xmas.

It doesn't help that the snow is stopping me getting to the shops, so we have nothing in the fridge, no fresh veg or 0/low point items. Driving myself MAD!
