Hi i'm new. My story is Jan 2004 joined WW and lost over a year 4 stone... Jan 2010 its all back !!

So I'm starting again. First WW meeting was this morning, which I was dreading (scared of what the scales are gonna tell me lol) I can't believe I let it get to this again.

I'm eating eating eating...going to go on a big loooong trek in the snow tomorrow!!!

It's now been snowing solidly for 23 hours and 11 minutes, the snow is up to my knees so its flipping hard work to walk in - gotta be good for burning those calories surely..although if my trek takes me to the pub that may undo all the good work, hmmm.
Really should be doing some work...

I know, thats it! no routine! I'm right by the kitchen...access to fridge, freezer, oven, leftover xmas goodies whereas at work I only have what I've brought in AND I can't get to the gym AND I'm supposed to be starting college tonight (closed) which would have taken up 4 hours of eating time  ah well there's always tomorrow...

Lol im three points over so far today, good job its treat day. No chance of me getting to wi tonight...if it was walking distance I would have gone though. I did shovel snow for all of 10mins and walked for about 30 with the dogs but they hated. Am resisting the urge to make bread now as I know I will eat too much of it....but we have no porridge left for breakfast or cereal or nice bread so I struggle to start the day well and then just end up eating rubbish....still guess its using up the naughty food which wont be getting replaced lol
