My official weigh in on Wednesday is looking quite unlikely now so may have to just update my signature with my unofficial one at home till I get to a ww weigh in.
Really hoping for a loss again this week but due to the weather I havent been able to exercise as much. I did start my training for the moonwalk today by walking for 50mins.0 -
Been really good today! Very proud as haven't last this long for MONTHS! Did a 15 minute walk too - not bad seeing as I'm recovering from a chest infection and havent done any exercise for about 3 years. Slow and surely. Got to do 60 mins of exercise in total this week, going to build up bit by bit each week.
Danger zone time now though. Just had a big cup of tea to fill me up. Plan to spend an hour or so sorting out money. May see my OH (dont live together yet) and then have a long bath and wash hair so that should kill a few hours of non-eating.
I have had watermelon flavour lip balm on all day to curb the sugar cravings - has worked so far.
Got a packet of mini buttons stashed for a post bath treat. One packet. No more than one packet. Nothing else. No crisps. Just one packet will be enough. *repeat*

Welcome LindseyandMatthew, I to am starting over and have done really well today and I have managed a NSD aswell.
I took some soup to work today and what a day to do that was yummy.
Having fillet steak in amo now the other half has got in from work

I put on 8lb :eek: :eek: :eek: :eek: Not shocked though (much :rolleyes:) as I'd expected to put on about that ....... and I did enjoy myself over xmas

Well done on the exercise jamtart. My friend's hubby bought her a Wii fit for xmas and she's invited me round to 'play'. Popping round on Friday for a go

Yeah but the quicker you put it on the quicker it is to get off JTB! So you'll have about 5lb of that off easily next week if you stick to it 100%. The wii fit is fun - Just Dance on the wii gets you really fit too, im going to invest in that as it looks fun!!!
I really want to eat right now. Going to have some raisins to curb the sugar shakes.

JTB that breakfast sounds yum!!! i might have to give that a try at the weekend, i dont have much time to cook in the morning in the week.

L - WW macaroni cheese and 7 chicken nuggets 9pts
D - Plain boiled rice and pork and pickled cabbage 12pts
S - Sugarfree jelly 0pt & options mint hot chocolate 0.5pt
21.5/25 - saved 3.5 pts for after wi =D x0 -
DOes anyone on here have 5 a day?
I have an apple and some orange juice every day but thats it. I tried steamed veg but really gone off the taste. Feel worried about long term effects if any by not having 5 a day?0
