Hi Karen, yes you should eat all your points - they're worked out for a reason. However, you can carry up to 4 over each day so you can treat yourself one day/night but they must all be used by the end of the week - ie the next weigh in. Hope that helps
I save a few each day for the weekend!
I had a friend who did online only and it worked for a while but then she lost motivation - I know that I NEED the meetings and WI to make me stick to the plan. I was very nervous about going to the meeting on my own (very shy person) but the leader was really lovely and the people were too! I guess it depends entirely on the individual though...
Great thanks, I will look into points for snacks so I can have them in between meals!
I think I will prob lose my motivation after a few weeks, will look into meetings in my area but a bit hard with 2 kids in tow lol!0 -

hi all! I've just started WW online this past weekend. I missed the Quidco sign-up, damn! So far, it's going really well. I feel like I get a LOT of food on this diet! I've ended up banking points every day so far. I might treat myself to a choccie
Thanks for all the ideas on snacks in this thread - it's nice to know how much variety there is for when I get bored.

Just done my morning weigh in....thats the third I have had to do at home, this week is due to weather no chance of me making it to ww tonight. Not worth the risk, luckily I always sneak peak in the morning at home. I lost another 1.2 pounds this week which isnt bad considering I had a massive Indian, was out New Years Eve although hardly ate and didnt drink, and I havent done half the exercise I planned due to the snow
Yipppeee its in the right direction, still was hoping for more over christmas but im happy....if only the snow would go now so we can get back in a proper routine!! And get some more ww stuff in....the snow is stopping that0 -
Been almost three weeks since the last weigh-in, so tomorrow will be interesting! Decided it wasn't worth being a pain in the !!! over Christmas because I was visiting relatives, so didn't both to track (although didn't drink/overeat either) and I'm sure that a few days off-plan won't do too much damage... I suppose we'll see, fingers crossed!0
