hi guys i'm all pigged out now and looking forward to getting back on track, will weigh myself tommorrow and find out the damage then go on from thereITV comp winner no 410
-
our holiday damage was 4lbs each according to the wii this morning...not too bad for 2+ weeks with all the rubbish we've had (why do people give us chocolate for Christmas when they know we're watching what we eat?
) Plus I had a big birthday too and hubby got me a lovely American-style cake made - so that didn't help (but it was soo yummy).
We're back on track tomorrow as well - nice thing is we have found a few things we used to love and really missed that we had again over the holidays and found they were a bit 'eh'...not worth it...nice to find there are some things that we will easily be able to say no to in the future, at least.Does remembering a time that a certain degree of personal responsibility was more or less standard means that I am officially old?0 -
Evening,
At the beginning of December I joined WW group and lost half a stone and then as i had planned I have had the christmas period off, enjoy all that the season brings but tomorrow is my first day back at work and officially the end of the holiday season. I should have had my group weigh in this morning but it is not back on until next sunday but i am going to get back on the diet as of tomorrow.
I shall be weighing myself in the morning and will let you know how i get on and what the food plan is for the day/week
Hope you dont mind me tagging along and good look to us all

Morning All
Had my weigh in and well I've put back on the weight I lost and a few pounds. I originally weighed in at 11st, but my new starting weight is 11st 2 pounds, blimey why do we do it to ourselves but hay I enjoyed lol.
Plan for today is as follows:
Brekkie: 40g AllBran 1.5pts, slice f dry WW toast 0.5pts
Lunch: Tescos Light choices Tom Soup 3pts
Dinner: Steak and Veg no sauce 5.5pts (this could go down as I haven't weighed the steak et as its in a pack of 2 and I have halved the grams)
Snacks: 6x melba toast 1pt, Low Cal Jelly 0pts, 21g Rice Cakes 1pt
Total 14.5
My allowed total for the day is 19pts so I may just have a small white wine when I get in.
Hope you all have a good day

Morning everyone, day 3 of being back on track today and it's going well. I've found my motivation again. Got my official weigh in tonight and I wouldn't be surprised if the scales say at least 7lb heavier !!!
Blazingduck - as long as you get back on it, that's the main thing ! I'm trying to think of it differently this time, in that it's ok to put on weight for celebrations etc, you've just got to lose it again afterwards and it'll take longer . I couldn't do this if I thought I had to stick to the plan 100% all the time, I'd lose the will to live  :rotfl:.
I'm one of these people that loses the weight quite quickly but I also put it on quick when I come off plan too . But I've got until my summer holiday now to crack on with this, no excuses, no weddings, no parties etc etc.
Focus how did it go yesterday? Hope you've found your mojo again xxxx
Right, kids to get ready for school (back today), at least I'll be getting my daily exercise again now, did hardly any walking in the holidays .
TTFN xx:jWeight loss to date 1st 11.5lb :j0 -
Hi All :hello:
This is me, back with a vengeance!! If someone could please chain me to the WW wagon and dispose of the key I'd be grateful...don't swallow the key though as I'm not sure how many points it would be
Well I had a FAB christmas and new year but i neeeeeeeed to get back on track!
I haven't been to a WI yet (Saturday morning) and my scales at home are awful so I'm not sure of the damage at the moment. I've planned my menu for the week and WILL find the elusive gym is that I pay for every month
Today is:
B 2 x toast with Laughing Cow 2.5
L jacket and beans 4.5 and WW choc dessert 1
D eek flatmate cooking and I think it involves sausages/bacon/spaghetti/cheese...ooer! Should have enough points to cover it! Plus the exercise points I'll earn tonight!!
Anyhoo hi to my buddies and welcome to newbies. Congrats on losses and those like me getting back on that wagon.
If I haven't put on too much weight over the last month then I'm hoping to reach goal in a couple of months or so (thinking about 1-1.5 stones to go)- I can't afford my monthly pass really and this year I also want to be a MSE! So thats motivation..
Puds xReally should be doing some work...0 -

It went terribly, Sundays are the hardest day for me to diet and stay on track because im at home and im not being productive. Before when i was still on track i would go out window shoping but because im watching the pennies now i cant tempt myself lol.
So far today has been better, going to keep busy so that i dont think of food more =D
Good luck for all those waiting to WI x0
