Thanks Fran-o, Im sure you will find the motivation. My favourite pair of jeans are my motivation - they are a size 6, im only short so this doesnt look to small on me. And I really want them to fit again along with all my other clothes lol!!
Well chuffed this morning as went swimming and turned out aqua aerobics was on so did that aswell. Which meant my hour went a lot quicker and as I was leaving I saw them putting up as sign saying Zumba coming soon which my friend used to do and looks fun so will be going to that when it starts hopefully, knowing my luck it will be on a day im busy :-(0 -

hiya , MY hubby has just joined ww online and i am going to do it alongside him , he is currently 21 stone so has a lot to loose but we are starting off with just trying to get 1 stone off and take it from there when he's done that . I need to loose 2 stone .
I am trying to work out some good ideas for my dh to take to work with him , he is used to going across the shop and getting a pie or pasty , packet of crisps and chocolate bar . they have no means of heating anything.
can anyone recommend any ideas or point me in the right direction ?I am journeying to a debt-free life.
Our estimated debt-free date is January 2040. I'm on a mission to bring that date closer!

Hi Jane, welcome to the thread =D i normally bring in sandwiches, its cheaper and alot healthier than store brought saves me some pennies as well.
I recently discovered cous cous and probably start bringing a box of this for my lunch, its filling and so easy to make =D
Hi everyone, happy new year. I was attempting to be good for awhile after xmas but i failed miserably, so have started again from today. Seeing as its the 1st of January =D good luck all for wi x0 -
Hi Jane
Welcome! I do well when i take lunch to work, takes a bit of organisation but saves lots of points!
Sandwiches are nice and easy, i try and take raw carrot sticks or celery in as well which stops me reaching for crisps, and so easy to prepare. I go for low-fat houmous and pitta sometimes, but not sure if this is so tasty if you can't have warm pitta!
Might be a good idea to take a drink too, sugar-free squash or similar, rather than grabbing a can of something. I also have a tub of Options hot chocolate (0.5 points) which perks me up when i need something sweet.
Good luck to you both!
Focus, I am ready to get back on the wagon too! Had intended to be good as from boxing day but has not really worked! Too many yummy leftovers in the fridge and lots of socialising with a wine glass in hand! But need to get a move on if i want to be slim in time for wedding dress shopping!fran-o0
