  • Lost another half, slow and steady wins the race eh? ;)
Would like to lose more quickly but also quite like eating mince pies and pringles :)

Cheeky I have no idea how you get through the day and don't use your points, I would be having a sneaky bagel or biscuit or rich toffee bar to add to mine if I could

Polkadot congrats, of course you can stay on here, just don't ignore your body on this one; there is a reason they don't take pregnant members, feed those cravings eh ;) (we will all be very envious!)

nich29580- looking at your signature we started at very similar weights and are at similar points in our losses, just mine has taken forever! How much difference are you noticing in terms of clothes etc now? I am finding some of my trousers fit again and others won't stay up too well :)

Hope everyone has a good day

Hello all, haven't been on here for ages. Have firmly decided that one cannot diet with a D in the month, well, certainly not for 2 weeks of December anyway.

Have pretty much wavered between 12st and 11st 7 over the past 2 months, expecting to hit 12 again after Christmas but aiming for 11 once I start again next year. At 11 and a half stone I hit 3.5stone in loss since Feb, which is a decent achievement for 10months.

Just wanted to wish you all a cool yule and enjoy your time off (and those of you who aren't having time off of WW - you put me to shame!). I'll hopefully be back in the new year to track properly once more in my aim to shed that final stone (and a bit...) :-)
  • Well I have had no trouble meeting my points the last couple of days :-( had a burger king each day although went for low points choices and still pretty much in my points for the day. Weigh in wednesday, not sure ill get to the official one though - depends on the weather!! Fingers crossed I havent ruined it all though with being a bit naughty. Didnt even want it was just something warm at service stations!

Cheeky what do you have from BK? i always avoid it because everything seems so much more high in pts compared to other places, normally i stick with subway or KFC because i always stick with the same things which i know the pts value of =D

Getting closer to xmas and my motivation feels very weak. Was tempted to just not count at all xmas day but my family have convinced me of otherwise. So im gonna save a few pts every day and instead of saving them for after my wi on saturday im gonna use them on friday and just skip this weeks wi at boots on Saturday as to not have a untrue reading. Really dont want to fall off the wagon for one days holiday, wish me luck everyone x
  • Heya, I had a hamburger for 5.5 points and a medium portion of chips for 6. Seems a lot but I have only just gone over my points and had a few saved. Think I should be ok after today if I save a couple. I normally wouldnt bother but it was there and I needed something and easier to have something that I knew nutrional value was available for lol!! Plus all my christmas meals were cancelled so that was my little treats instead lol! Ill be annoyed if it ruins the week though when I weigh tomorrow :-(

Im going to count on Christmas Day but know I will go over!! I have told no one to get my chocolate etc though so am going to try not to go way over. Then the rest of the week we have people over but again I am planning on pointing and hopefully will be ok, I really want to lose over the two weeks we're not at class, so will still weigh at home to give a rough idea!

    Hello everyone

Well yesterday I ate badly because I spent the day at the hospital. Dr freaked out because I have a niggle that she worried was ectopic-have to back tomorrow for more bloods to be sure, so please say prayers or send vibes for me just to be sure.
Not thinking about food today, DS and I have the christmas playlist on, and we're filling a santa sack with all his old broken toys... the plan is he'll leave it under the tree for santa to take to recycling at north pole and hopefully he'll leave some new toys for ds to replace the old ones.

I lost half a pound! I would have bet loads on me putting on weight! I had a huuuge harvester, starter, main and rocky horror ice cream!
